  1. What seems to work for us pretty well is to damage the blue mob as soon as you release it. When it drops 5% in health it starts to cast his attraction. As soon as you see the text you can leave it alone and focus again on the boss. We ignore the red mob completely.

    I found the HK questline to be a lot of fun,and at 55 you can easily solo the lvl 50 heroics at the start and finish of the questline.
  3. It depends entirely on the economy of your server. The prices for augment kits are roughly 150k on my server and you need 14 of those. Next to that add the 36k per piece for adding it to your gear. The augments also vary greatly in price, the defense augments go for about 200k each on my server in the weekends, but during the week they can go up to 400k. So expect to spend around 5 - 7 mil to get your gear fully augmented, but again that depends on the prices on your server.
  4. We recently switched from killing Sunder last to killing Tu'chuck last, but before that saber reflect always worked fine on Sunders ability.

  6. I agree completely with you OP. When 2.0 came out I got completely geared in 69s in 3 days doing nothing but HMs when I reached 55. Being a tank meant I could do them continuously. After that I just didn't pug at all anymore. I only do the weekly for the comms and help the guild if they want to do a gear run. Other then that the hassle with pugs is just not worth it since it only seems to cost credits.

  8. When we were fighting the lords in S&V 2 weeks ago we kept Sunder for last. At about 3% he enraged and I knew that if he casts that spell of his it will kill me instantly. All my defensive abilities were on cool-down so just as he was about to finish casting I hit Saber Reflect. I was pleasantly surprised I took no damage at all and reflected about 5k damage back to him (he died a few seconds later). I love it and it also looks awesome if you activate it just as you jump into a group of ranged trash mobs.
  9. When you use no booster or the green one, the circle is always half and it points to the general direction where the item is. I always listen to the sound it makes when the scanning ring appears as it seems to get higher as you get closer to the item. If you pop a blue booster then the closer you get to the item, the smaller the scanning circle becomes. It can lock onto the item better as you get closer to it, giving you a more precise directional location.
  10. When I did it it said to pick up the seed from the altar after killing the boss. It then gave you either a dark side choice or a neutral one (leave the alter alone). It never said to just return to DK for me. I like the look of it, especially with the other pieces you can find (after you completed the quest) from the various dig sites on the planets.
  11. No, I moved the game from a regular HDD to a SSD to see if the load times would improve and it was almost the same. The game's loading time is from something other then actually loading the data.
  12. The weekly in section x was the same a while back. If you did all the quests during the week then next week you could immediately hand the weekly in after picking it up. They fixed that in a patch though, so they will probably do it for this one as well.
  13. I've managed to be geared completely in tank gear in 3 days (69 mods). I have run a LOT of fps over the weekend to collect them all and sometimes I've seen 2 pieces fall in the same run and other times I did 10 rounds with no tank drops at all. Its all the luck of the dice.
  14. I can't find the thread anymore (might have been in the PTS forum) but someone had calculated the new stats for all classes to aim for. For Jug tanks it was 15/47/50. You can probably get that high with ops gear and 55 augments. At the moment I have 15/37/34 with all 69 mods (black market) and lvl 50 augments. The lower stats doesn't seem to matter that much in the new fps though because of the wopping increase in health (35.5k atm)
  15. Most healers don't know yet that they have to cleanse the stacks from the tank in that fight. Almost all the fights are just mechanics people haven't gotten used to yet, but they have gotten spoiled getting free tionese and immediately able to do all tier 1 50 hardmodes. They no longer want to grind basic comms first for gear (if they are wearing greens at 55). If your group is wearing BH/Campaign at 55 then you are fully capable to do all new flashpoints as long as people listen en learn, but in pug groups that is unlikely to happen.
