I see what the issue might be. I believe your guild is a free-to-play guild and therefore you are restricted.

There is no "currency" that is legacy bound this time (no reputation track). You can sell them to a vendor for credits. It only progresses an achievement.

They are in the Knights of the Fallen Empire in chapter 16.

You might not know what the issue was. I'll explain. So when you would go into a Nightmare mode operation instance and the instance owner or leader would disconnect or leave, the phase would switch to Veteran/Hard mode in the middle of the encounters. It has nothing to do with what 4.0 did to the game (they had removed KP/EV Nightmare back then).

This was something that was or had to be fixed server-side. Perhaps it was not consistent or coded correctly.

This was more sudden and not exactly planned. Planned/scheduled maintenance is usually on there. I always check the developer tracker here.

I have noticed the memory leak happens when you view the character window. I had Process Explorer up at the time. Idled on the fleet with it at a good RAM usage, then opened up the window and it suddenly grew in size (went from 4 or so GB which is what it should be to 9.5+ GB)

The level is not changing. Level increases come with expansions.

One of the dailies on the Republic side on Rishi is called Red Hull Retribution, which includes defeating the Nova Blades and you put a flag on them when they die. Did you have that in your quest log when you saw them as hostile?

There are two files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\Assets that seem to be not updating correctly. They are assets_en_us.swtor.metafile.json (which should be June 21st) and assets_shared.swtor.metafile.json (June 28th)

That's not true actually about that game "hardly" getting updates. It certainly gets lots of patches and has content flowing for the players to experience. It might not be every month that there is story, but it consistently gets bugfixes and additions. ArenaNet has been the developer of the Guild Wars franchise since it was created. Mind you, it did get bought by NCSoft (the publisher) in 2002.
