  1. You start earning them at LVL 75, only in small amounts though. The majority will come from your personal conquest, and deconstructing LVL75 gear. Dailies won't give them until 80.
  2. Debilitate is currently a 30 second cooldown, but Dirty Kick is 45 seconds. Tested on Agent Operative and Bounty Hunter Scoundrel.
  3. http://i.imgur.com/nthDQyN.jpg Looks like C2 N2 was a bit too hospitiable
  4. I wish he was trolling. At level 30, you don't have much in the way of attacks. You pretty much just alternate saber strike, shock, maul, and thrash. Only use shock when you have two stacks of induction though. You won't start getting a full rotation until level 42, when you get spike, and it won't even feel complete then, as you still need the top tier ability voltaic slash to get the maximum use out of shock.
  5. Concealment's only talent in the tree that helps regenerate energy is completely proc based, while Lethality gets a chance for a free cull as well as 2 energy back every time one of the dots gets a critical. Couple that with a reduced cooldown on stim boost that also regenerates 10 energy, and you won't have much problem. Plus there is the fact that Lethality gets a 4 second evasion, as well as a better shield probe.
  6. In short, concealment relies on hidden strike, which is only usable from stealth, and the fact that you can only cloak out every 1.5 minutes. Lethality has no such problems, and you don't even have to use hidden strike if you don't want to. The main draw for lethality is the massive damage caused by cull when you have corrosive dart/grenade on the target, and the fact that it can be used 4 times in a row (if you get the reset proc, have 2 tactical advantages, and stim boost available.), plus it doesn't suffer from the long term energy issues that concealment does. Overall, while concealment is good for burst, the sustained DPS suffers during lengthy PVE fights. Lethality's rotation doesn't have any problems holding up sustained DPS, while still offering great burst in PVP.
  7. Although The Last of Us was a masterpiece, Red Dead Redemption was more of a masterpiece...
  8. I doubt it was a sniper, it was most likely an operative.
  9. All sages have a base 5% defense rating, so he has a chance to parry your maul, albeit a small one, since your accuracy is only 95%.
  10. This is not true, there can be many moffs at a time, but only one Grand Moff.
  11. Mortar volley's knockdown only works on weak and standard computer controlled enemies. So it has no effect on players.
  12. Don't worry too much about stat priority while leveling, it won't make much difference in sub-50 content. Just make sure you stack Aim over Endurance when possible, and focus on power/surge and get a bit of critical rating for secondary stats. If you gear the same way you would a DPS, you'll be fine as a healer for leveling.
  13. Those conversations won't take place until after you finish your class story.
  14. No, there isn't an option for any characters to have a romance with her. I don't see why it would be an option either, because at the time you stated, she is 59 (though she certainly doesn't look the part). The only time you can even flirt with her, is if you're a smuggler and complete the flashpoint Athiss. In the end dialogue, you can ask her out to dinner as payment, but she shoots you down faster than Luke Skywalker shot womp rats on Tatooine.
  15. When you get emergency medpac and the talent emergent emergencies, you can pretty much stop using kolto pack. Emergency medpac is free of an energy cost (only costing an upper hand) and when you get the talent, if you use it on a target of below 30% HP, it regrants upper hand allowing you to endlessly spam this as long as you don't go over 30%.
