It never did go away, just made it to tolerable levels. Looking back at vids it seems worse now then ever.

Yup it is horribly bad. Applying buffs and Stims seem to be the worst.

Only thing I am miffed about is that the most sought after colours are from random packs rather then being able to buy them outright. But I'm not going to wine and ***** about it; it's only cosmetic.

Since 2.0 it has been horrible on evey toon. high FPS, low ping, and abilities GCD but dont fire.

Been doing the rounds on all my toons, and this happens on every one of them, GS, Sniper, Trooper, Merc, Sorce, Sage, Shadow, Sin, Mara, Sent, etc etc. This is such an old issue that keeps coming back after a big patch. Not a new issue, this thread was remade 7 times, and BW even admitted to the problem at one point. Just need to drap attention to it again so they can fix it.

Reove force speed, Leap, interceed as well. Oh yeah and stelth while we are at it.

This is back in full effect since 2.0. The missfire with GCD going off, extra 0.5-1s on top of casts all with 40ms and 60+fps.

I think your km\h and mph conversions are a tad off.... To expand a bit, 40 km\h = 28.85 mph.

Are these supposed to be bound to Legacy?

I would like to ask the devs to stop have ing PVP affect PVE and vice versa.
