  1. Wow, I was all over her site before I posted. Not sure how I missed that. Thanks!
  2. Has anyone located the Lore Codex Entry on Ossus for the Survivors of the Cron Supernova? I saw in another post that a player did find it but the coords he gives don't appear to be accurate on any part of the map. Any help is much appreciated.
  3. This is an old bug that keeps cropping up. It's actually been around since the beta. At least now the mission rewards are relevant to your advanced class. In the beginning we would get "randomized" gear rewards for a different class, or class relevant gear with irrelevant stats (most notably, Tank gear for DPS\Heals classes).
  4. Agreed, this has been an issue for awhile now.
  5. Well I've collected the information posted here and reported it, both in-game and in the Bug Reports forum. They can continue to ignore if they like, I suppose, but I've done what I can do. Thanks for the feedback everyone! Merry Christmas!
  6. Based on information provided in this discussion thread, I believe this issue is more likely a bug and have started a new post in the Bug Reports forum here. This thread can be closed. Thanks.
  7. Large tooltips on inventory items placed on quickbars are too large, especially at 1080p and lower resolutions. As noted by member, DawnAskham, in this discussion thread: The result is the Large Tooltip taking up a large portion of the screen on mouseover. Another member posting in the same thread linked above noted that this didn't exist before 5.0 and was reported during testing on the PTS. Here is a screenshot of the mouseover: Thanks, DJ
  8. Nice catch, @DawnAskham! That might just make this problem a bug after all.
  9. Hey, thanks for the feedback! It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one who thinks this is a poor design choice. I've made an official suggestion in the "Suggestions" thread as it is obvious to me that - from the Devs POV at least - this is "working as intended", and as such is not considered a bug, regardless of our thoughts on the matter. If you're interested, you can see a screenshot of it here as it appears on my screen: That was taken on a 24" monitor at a resolution of 1080p, or 1920x1080 for those who might not know. It's even worse on my other PC, running on a 20" monitor at a resolution of 1440x900. Those running on a higher resolution and\or maybe 4K may not notice it as much, I wouldn't know. I do know that the same tooltip on a 50" monitor also running at 1080p is ridiculously large. So my argument stands.
  10. Please change the tooltips on inventory items when they are placed on toolbars, either by removing them completely or moving them to the minimap, like abilities descriptions are. Make it configurable in the Tooltips portion of User Interface section in Preferences if you like or make it where we can hide them from the interface editor. This didn't exist before 5.0 and it's a little frustrating that it's still there now. Thanks, DJ
  11. What a pleasant way to return to the game...
  12. Anyone know how to turn off the massive tooltip that appears on the Life Day Snowball bomb item when it's on a quickbar? It takes up a large portion of the screen, Macrobinoculars and Seek Droid items are the same way.
  13. Actually, my main beef with the system that the White Acute module was trying to fix was addressed by the Planetary Level Sync mechanic so for me that isn't really much of an issue anymore. My biggest problem was being able to play with my son who is on a Preferred account, because I would out level him too fast and that would nerf his XP gains when we were grouped. With the new Planet Level Sync system my being a higher level doesn't make a difference in his XP gains so I'm good there. Now the way XP gains are handled when the planetary/exploration missions are enabled is another matter entirely. Ah well, I give BW props for trying to keep the fickle playerbase happy while at the same time meeting the rediculous demands of the EA/Disney corporate machine.
  14. I encountered this particular bug again today. Found Scritchy but he cannot be targeted, whether by clicking on him or by using the keyboard shortcut. I was able to workaround the issue but leaving the story area and switching instances.
  15. One of my favorite star wars games series was the Jedi Knight series. In the last installment of that franchise, Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, there was a dual saber throw move where the player sent both lightsabers spinning in a circle around them with a kind of AoE effect. I think a similar move would be a great addition to the Sentinel/Marauder class. I've posted a short video of the move being executed for reference here:
