you could try changing the overall game file name and install it as if it was never installed. I did this when I would mod my old games, dont know for sure if it will work with TOR though

should also mention that both times this has happened it killed the internet to my computer for half a minuet don't know if it's related but thought i would mention it

was on and playing lost network now having the login problem again
