I've kept pretty quiet because I find the whole situation hilarious. Some of you are getting it and some of you are just plain off. First, I'd like to address the "what's the point of post" people. Obviously, zuhara has a loud mouth. Not sure if I really need to go into further detail, but I will mention, why do you even care what others do? To actually address the question, don't you think I'd be embarrassed at the way I played? Did you see how the recording started? I had to be alt tabbed to start it and when I alt tabbed back in I was being attacked. I mashed buttons, my stronghold window blocked my screen etc. and I still won. Taking the duel serious or not, it's not his fault he lost, right?. Is it truly about taking it more seriously? Or is it about not thinkin you won before the duel is over and actually completing the win? Sure I wasn't prepared either, it's proven in the recording. Hypothetically speaking, if I lost, it would have been normal and ok and then I'd look like the ***** for sayin I wasn't prepared or taking it seriously. Sure a sin can beat a marauder any given Sunday, but that's the whole point. Zuhara trash talked me, said I evaded the duel after he okikoed it and said I was too ****** to even spend the time fighting me. Is it my fault after a 5 second countdown and zuhara being invisible before I can actually do anything? Ok it's my fault. Ohh gfunk got lucky and executed zuhara for 10k. Ok my bad. The long and short of it is, I shut zuhara down. After that, it's just words and whining. Should I go into the part where I was severely under geared? I only had the old armor bonuses and maybe 2-3 pieces of new gear. How about the fact that at the start of any swtor expansion; I put pvp on the back burner. I am pve'ing with some of my favorite people (ashen order). Perhaps we can get into the fact that I've never said I was a good dueler. In fact, I've always stated I suck and plenty of people beat me in duels. IMO, that makes it worse off for zuhara. None of this matters. And to address the "duel him again" comments, how many times has someone beat me once in a duel, claimed to be the best in the world for beating gfunk? Enough times for me to laugh at everyone for being so serious about this thread an do laugh at how much it affects everyone. Thank you all for the compliments. I glad that killing my pure dps class makes you feel special. The last thing that matters in skill level in this game is a /duel. In no point of this game will you find a proper /duel proving your skill in any other aspect of the video game than a /duel. You are never that prepared in a war zone to have all of your abilities and nothing on cool down unless it's the start of a match. We all know a sin can be the biggest dick out of all the classes in a duel and if done properly, can get out of combat and heal to full or stay stealth for a period of time to screw the other class out of a timed buff or built up stacks for something. Frankly, deal with it. Call me names. Tell me I suck. Try and make me feel bad... Good luck. I never turned a duel down, never claimed I'm the greatest (at duels) nor care if I lose. But god forbid you beat me in one, it becomes the talk of the server. If you don't understand something and it doesn't involve you, perhaps we can use self restraint and keep your negative opinions to y'all selves. Please note I left the dueling perimeter after zuhara decided to be a typical sin, talk **** even more and stay in stealth for well over a minute after the duel started. He did not fight me to beat me. Take your win how you want it Zuhara... I KILLED you, you never killed me. Nice key bindings
