  1. getting away from vanity items I wish they would add more passive/active effects to non set peices (that arent part of the main set bonus and are attached to the shell in the case of MH/OH) and get away from just having boring unassembled tokens that no one has any real reason to use but back to the unique items that existed pre 1.0. I'd even be ok with a % drop rate on them.

Not much challenge with a mob that's 10 levels lower, granted I have not tried pilgrim with 2 so maybe it is somehow challenging but I did 2 man nim EC and like 10 seconds into toth zorn fight it was clear the **** was going to be lame. Resisted 99.9% of all incoming dmg, could even put the 2 of them right next to each other. Can even ignore the medpack dot Was the same for the next 2 bosses though there is a decent dps check needed for stormcaller dds but firebrand does zero dmg even when enraged Enraged turrets in the minefield did nothing Had to bring in a third person for kephes only because of the droids in the beginning the stacks give 12% accuracy and the rape when they enrage at 8 stacks, rest of the fight was a joke didn't even need to taunt off for breath of the master I think the new challenge will be doing tfb/sv/df/dp with limited numbers
  3. 8m story modes have never had purple mats, why should they now? 16m SM you get purple mat from last boss, just like in DF/DP/DV/TFB.. etc etc back pre-1.0 raids like EV/KP maybe dropped the rakata energy node on 8m story mode from last boss, but back then there was no schematic for them to be used in iirc. Either way, I dont think a purple mat should drop in 8m SM. You dont even get a purple mat in 8m HM except last boss.
  4. have to coordinate the clicks around the shoots laser timing killed torque several times, sometimes the droids do bug out and just sit there staring at you but it seems very rare, if it happens just /stuck and start over, unless deep in the fight then can keep going and hope next droid works. the timing on clicking the panels is extremely crucial eventually BW fixes there ****, but it's current form is easily doable.

  6. Why are spammers such a big deal to people I see them in gen chat, get in game mail from them, and have even gotten a whisper from one before. None of it effects me in any way I don't even put them on ignore.
  7. You're welcome It depends on the pug, much like anything else in this game. I'm sure there is plenty of people that would report these fps are easy, and some that think they are insanely difficult. They are difficult because a) the person posting is terrible or b) the player has had bad luck with groups. What boggles my mind is that instead of working to correct whatever is wrong in game whether it be watching a video or finding better players to go with or improving themselves, the first reaction is to come and complain on the forums with the intention of influencing a nerf to the content thereby having no effect on the actual underlying problem so that when the next difficult thing rolls around the circle begins again and they are right back moaning about how hard something is. You don't have to be "elite" to beat most of the stuff in this game, just takes a small amount of effort.
  8. Finally caved and did this fp with some pals, partly out of boredom and partly because there has been so many moan threads about how hard it is. 1 shot every boss in there with 4 people that had never done it before, as I was healing and found no part of that fp even slightly difficult
  9. Bulo is on the easier side of things considering what comes after is harder, dunno if this was your normal raid group that kicked you or some pug but melee classes on bulo is just fine.
  10. You can buy 186 from coms or good 186 pieces from crafters for pretty cheap If a group can clear df/dp on hm they should be capable of clearing ravagers and ToS on sm, if they're not the gear won't make any difference.
  11. You get good enhancements from almost all the non set drops in sm and hm And you have always had to get multiple tokens from ops to fully min/max a character, none of this is new, or a problem.
