  1. I have a personal mini-game where I try not to use lightning against anything weaker than a silver-elite. Inquisitors are all about using the right amount of power in the right places; why should I zap you if you'll die just as well if I hit you? And I agree that I wish you could pick your color of lightning. I'd like a nice yellow or plain white. The purple is too ostentatious.
  2. Ha ha, most of the community is way laid back but I'm an obsessive nerd.
  3. Definitely agree with the above poster. Karen Traviss, author of the Republic Commando books, created Mando'a. Here is a link to what she has on her website about the language. The Mando'a page on Wookiepedia is also helpful.
  4. Oh, god. Elvish, man. I love Mando'a because it has two verb tenses: active and infinitive. I have a hard enough time doing verb tenses in English sometimes, and then studying German- oy vey ist mir. But Elvish? Right over my head.
  5. I want this to be said in an exasperated tone, like the next thing they're going to say is "And you'll get the cleaning bill."
  6. My personal theory is that the Thunderclap is meant to operate as a mobile command center. Land in a rough place, brief all officers involved in the coming op, and then use the ship as a staging point. Many seats also mean it can be used as an evacuation vehicle when Vulcan is destroyed I mean when the Empire invades.
  7. I'm only up to level six on my consular but already snarky-consular is very fun. I can't comment on light or dark but if Rajivari makes a good case, I'm going to go darkside.
  8. The Imperial credit is the monetary equivalent of the divine right of kings. It's worth something because the Emperor says it's worth something, and it's worth what the Emperor says it's worth. You use it because the Emperor says you have to use it, and because if you use something else you'll be tortured to death.
  9. We, the fist of Mandalore To fight forever [for] Mandalore Until our death Until darkness comes Kill the most traitorous Mandalore ( You're going to kill Mandalore?!) We give blood for Mandalore Your verb tenses are crap; you're not supposed to leave the -r ending on because that makes it the infinitive form. Also "akay cuun kyr'am" is really weirdly literal. You'd get some weird looks if you said that. Akay kyr'am would be more accurate. Your fifth line is saying you're going to kill Mandalore because he's the worst traitor. I assume you meant to say "Kyr'amu aru'ese par Mand'alor": Kill the worst traitors for Mandalore. Oh, and I almost forgot: it's Mand'alor, not Manda'lor. Means "only leader". Because I'm bored, here's a grammatically correct version: Mhi marev be Mand'alor Akay kyr'am Akay werde Mhi kyr'amu par Mand'alor Mhi tal'gala par Mand'alor We, the fist of Mandalore Until death Until darkness We kill for Mandalore We bleed for Mandalore. The poem's got a good basis to it. I can see it being a song like Ka'rta Tor. I just wish you had studied a bit harder before you wrote it.
  10. Gives a lot of power and makes them immortal, but I wouldn't say undead. Just because you visit Florida doesn't mean you're a Floridian. Just because you visit the plane of the dead doesn't mean you're dead.
  11. I'm not a completion nut (no offense to those who are) but I would like to see the missing codex entries fixed. Just because I would like to read them!
  12. Smuggler: Chaotic Good. "Empire's bombing a planet? Let's go rescue everybody we can! What do you mean there's an embargo on the planet? Who cares?!" Gives her Jedi Knight friend-and-occasional-partner massive headaches. Speaking of whom... Jedi Knight: Lawful Good, leaning into Neutral Good when the law is bad. The worst thing he ever does is swear, and that's not very common. Sith Inquisitor: Chaotic Good to Chaotic Neutral. She acts a bit crazy sometimes to cover the fact that she loathes the Empire for exactly one reason: their slave trade. Bounty Hunter: Halfway between Lawful Evil and Chaotic Good, and yet not True Neutral. 99% of the time, she'll follow through on a bounty, and the other 1% she's been hired to do something dishonorable, and will cover up the fact that she didn't do it. In her spare time, she works with the Sith Inquisitor to subtly undermine the Empire. Sith Warrior and Consular are both Lawful Evil, but for different reasons and from different angles. Consular follows Rajivari's teachings; Warrior wants the best for the Empire. And to round it out, my Trooper is the kindest Neutral Good you will ever meet, which annoys Jorgan and Dorne to no end.
  13. He's probably hanging out in a library somewhere.
  14. I didn't giggle and grin foolishly at that awesome visual, why would you think that?
