  1. http://www.zam.com/Im/image/gallery/215805 All the green lightsabers I see look like a ugly fuzzy lime-green color. But have I been missing something? Is there any way to change the settings to make them look like the saber in the screenshot??? I know they don't look like this on the pts yet, but will they look like this once 1.2 goes live?
  2. Planets with ancient ruins and temples. Ossus or Yavin IV, maybe even Zoist. We don't really have any forest planets yet so Yavin IV would be my top choice. Plus, I think with the timeline videos focusing on Yavin and Exar Kun we might have a good chance of seeing it.
  3. I'm really getting sick of how the green, yellow, and orange lightsabers look. I know many cameras and photo editing programs have the ability to "color swap" is there any way to do this with my computer's display? I've been messing around with the hue settings for my computer and if there was any way to do that with a single color I think it could solve my problem.
  4. Currently the green, yellow, and orange lightsabers look very "fuzzy" when compared to other lightsabers. Do you have any plans to fix this, or at least add the option to have the lightsabers look like they did in beta?
  5. Ugh, I just can't stand those green sabers. The most fun thing about soloing as republic is I don't really have to worry too much about running into other players using those horrible looking green sabers.
  6. Unfortunately all green lightsabers have this problem .
  7. Your right, you can't. But I don't think this was ever promised. You can, however, obtain orange versions of all gear by some method - flashpoints, token rewards, random drops, etc. However I do agree that currently, the options are far too limited. But look carefully at some of the armor. While much of it looks similar, there will often me smaller differences other than what appears to be mainly a color swap. Also, I don't think any of the current databases are up to date, but I don't check them regularly so I don't know. But I wouldn't trust those numbers too much. Anyways, while not perfect, things should improve quite a bit after 1.2.
  8. Currently, with the bloom setting enabled all lightsabers with any yellow in them look horrible. This includes green, yellow, and orange lightsabers. I heard that turning bloom off would fix this problem and was very excited to test it out. When I looked at my settings, i noticed bloom was of, but messed around with the settings a bit and turned it off again. The green, yellow, and orange lightsabers looked much better. Yet when I started my game up again, the settings were not saved, and the lightsabers reverted back to their previous, horribly ugly appearance. I've been messing around with the settings for half an hour, but I still can't figure out how to get them to look like they did before. Anybody have any help for this issue? Ugh, just reloaded the game again and it seems to be working fine, I have no idea what the problem is. Anyways, the lightsabers still look pretty darn bad so I will use this as an opportunity to direct you to this thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=137440&page=7
  9. That would be awesome, but right now I think they have more important issues to deal with. Hopefully we can hear something about this later on though!
  10. Exactly, this is currently my biggesst annoyance about the game. Sure it is just a small thing, but it has a big impact on my star wars experience, and I notice it almost every single time I play. And it just boggles my mind how they could have the perfect version of the color right in front of them from the very beginning and and change it at the last minute. This isn't a feature they just didn't have time for and left out, or even a feature that was somehow negativity affecting the game. They had a perfect version, and then just took it out. Why Bioware, why????
  11. I agree! I think all of life should be like this, don't you agree?
  12. If you read the mail, it should tell you what item you sold and for how much. Mine always does.
  13. While some colors in tor like yellow, green, and orange are not very well done, I feel that the majority of colors look very good an similar to those in the movies. Why can't bioware be consistent tho? If games like star wars galaxies, jedia outcast, and even kotor have lightsabers that all have the same thickness and intensity of glow despite their color, whey can't TOR so many years later do the same thing??
  14. bump. I know there are bigger issues on the forums today, but there have to be more people who noticed this!
