  1. I'd be happy if we could just add our own annotations to our maps in order to remember the locations of cool things.
  2. It's already pretty clear. Each tier of crew skill missions gives a different grade of materials. You want a Grade 1 material, you choose the 10-X bracket, Grade 2 is the next bracket and so on. Once you're in the right bracket, there's not so many missions that make reading the reward line for each difficult. If fact, using a filter might even take longer.
  3. I don't know about that. Seems like allowing such a thing is just *asking* for character selling to become commonplace. They'd have to allow some kind of account linking, to make sure you can't just transfer characters willy-nilly. Even then, I don't know if they do it.
  4. Not an easy fix since the companions for a class are tied up with their storyline. If you want different romanceable companions, just play the other gender.
  5. KOTOR 1 did not have companions that you could make into Jedi. That was only in KOTOR 2. Unless such things occur as part of a class story extension, I don't see it happening. And you'll probably have to wait until the first full expansion before the class stories get extended.
  6. The ship droid was never really meant to be used in the field, if I recall. I think they only gave it healing abilities because beta testers wanted to have a healing companion sooner.
  7. I imagine it just looked awkward to have large amounts of fights break out in what is essentially a space mall for military forces. How about they confine the duel area to the cantinas on the fleet. Perhaps that will make a little more sense.
  8. Textures and VOs and many art assets could be ported. However these are not the aspects of the game that take the longest to do.
  9. So basically duplicate all the cutscenes? What do you do at sunset/sunrise then?
  10. Personally, I make the trade of day/night cycle for fully voiced cutscenes any day. The cutscenes and dialog make everything much more immersive to me than day and night ever did. Does anyone know how TSW is handling this? Did they find a way to do it?
  11. Makes managing the lighting for the cutscenes a nightmare.
  12. So basically you want the character name to go to the person who has played the game more. Why not just your played time, which I'm sure BW keeps track of. In any case, this would allow a level 1 character that has never been played belonging to someone with high legacy to overrule a level 50 character belonging to someone with low legacy. Still not very fair there.
  13. Ah, then I guess I was confused. I thought the combat log would be something displayable in game.
  14. It would be exponentially more difficult without API access, which doesn't exist now either. So no, even if the data was displayed right now, third party tools would not likely exist.
