  1. Press and hold left Alt key and tap Enter when you see the weird window. Puts it into fullscreen (windowed) iirc. Press the same again and fullscreen
  2. Internet speed has nothing to do with connectivity. Wireless by it's nature is not great and in most cases certainly not suited to gaming where data needs to travel consistently in both directions with no packet loss (this equals lag) which just builds up as time goes on, hence spikes. I worked in communications for an ISP for ~5 years. I would personally not use wireless for gaming and nor would I recommend it to anyone else. You can have the fastest internet in the world but if it is not stable, you are goosed for a game such as this. Wireless is great for browsing and streaming as you are not constantly sending instructions down the pipe. As soon as you are using commands (abilities) and it backs up, you are stuffed. This explains 'rubber-banding' that many people see as things back up and then all happen at once. Never confuse speed with stability
  3. Changed my DNS to google DNS. Most ISPs have terrible DNS which is invariably congested and routes badly. Change DNS server in Windows to 8.8.8.8 as primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary. Miracles happen. This should help Edit: As an afterthought, using wireless internet for gaming is almost as terrible as the DNS servers ISPs use.
  4. If using gmail, try changing your email to the googlemail domain. Same thing. For some weird reason there can be issues with this. Hope this helps.
  5. Easy fix. Leave hangar through green door, forget Agent Soganti. After you have left, reset the mission. Head back to ship, speak to Risha and enjoy your mission.
  6. You are aware the one time password changes every time your IP address changes? Work - OTP School - OTP Home - OTP Working as intended. As an afterthought, use the security key on an Android device or an Apple equivalent. No more OTP and 100 Cartel Coins a month as a bonus. It's not hard.
  7. Usually happens when someone transfers servers, doesn't bother changing their name on the new server and then moves back.
  8. *Looks at the red patch on the floor where the dead horse once was...*
  9. Just because you can use a big red font doesn't make the suggestion any less stupid. Why not go the whole hog and just copy Blizzard? Sure, lets pay.... (plucks number out of arse) €90 for a L55 character. Awesome! In fact, pay another €100 and have it loaded with top-tier gear too! No. No. No.
  10. The fact that people are given something and then want more was my point. The community in this game is never satisfied. I would have said it was more of an observation.
  11. My God. You people could be given a gold bar from BioWare and you would STILL complain it didn't come in a velvet bag... Really?
  12. Hey all, I think many that read this will agree that the current commendations system is... lacking. We use Classic commendations to gear our main initially, then we use Elite Commendations to gear out and our Classic commendations get used on our companions. We then use Ultimates on ourselves until geared out and then use Elites our companions. You can see how this cascades and we end up with a ton of useless comms. Please implement a system where we can convert say... 10 Classics for 1 Elite, 10 Elites for 1 Ultimate so we can at least USE them. I don't have many (209) Classic commendations but they are useless. Sure, I can buy some useless (to me at least) crafting mats with them but as I don't, they will just sit there. Thoughts?
  13. Nope. I have a ton of other stuff to play. I imagine a huge amount of people on these forums have no idea how telecommunications networks operate either and to blame BioWare arbitrarily for what I imagine to be a backbone carrier issue is just... stupid.
  14. If the Devs did post on here regularly, people would only whine saying that they should be busy working on the game, not posting. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
