I found the mobility of Balance to be great for leveling and PvP. Sever Force is such a powerful tool for us to kill pretty much anything. I appreciate Balance because I don't have to rely my companions very much. Only elites set me back just a tiny bit if there isn't enough room to kite them around. :-)

Check your "Other" tab in your chat. In yellow text it should say something like this: "It's been a week! Your cost for respec is: 0." Hope that helps. :-)
