Same thing is happening to me.. idk what to do!

Right after you gather with your companions and battle the attack of the droids, there then it says, Speak to Vette and the game stays like on stand by.. like trying to continue but I hit esc and well I'm just there basically.. is this happening a lot or is it a game client bug? I'm so close to finishing the story!
