  1. Add Jorahatum/Maelvinos (Rep/Imp) for: Force Wielder Armoring 27 Reinforced Mod 27B And remove any requests for me on the buyer list. I'm all set with alternatives. Thanks
  2. I wanted to keep her Light Side to use her (very Light) sensing abilities. I'm happy to lie to her constantly about reforming the empire, and tend not to let her follow me around, since she gets upset when I need to murder some people for the good of the empire. Now...as a player, it drove me nuts that her psychic ability wasn't dialog option in some of the high level quests where you could certainly use something like that to your advantage. I hope in the expansion they unleash Light Jaesa's power a bit.
  3. My scoundrel is pretty low level, but any time I've had this happen it's been preceded by a few seconds of a bright orange icon on my character, as though I was about to take an orbital strike or something. If your group can move around unnoticed, don't set off the zone's stealth detection alarm. Th Reason for this is, probably, to prevent people with stealth and force speed or rocket boost from being able to close on the mob unnoticed. The point isn't to prevent skipping, it's to stop something stealth dependent from being used/abused.
  4. Complaining about stuff you overgear being a little complicated to if push phases is silly. I defy you to push HM T&Z phases in only Rakata gear. If your group is in well chosen Black Hole to Dread Guard gear, there's no reason you should be fighting normal or hard mode T&Z.
  5. Absolutely not. Practically every piece of gear in swtor ops has an enhancement which can be used by anyone. A marauder needing on jugg DPS equipment can swap shells and equip it. Also, once you're well above the gear level of these isntances, Needing for companions and Greeding for vendor credits is a nice feature that keeps people form having to run back to boss bodies from passing. If someone is rolling Need on things they will not equip themselves, ask them to trade it to the person who does need it. You can always request a re-roll and trade if someone wants it for a comp and so do others. Don't keep DPS on a team after they ninja something.
  6. People who queue for Hard Mode Lost Island the first day their first character hits 50 deserve to be kicked before they get the chance to aggro any Savrips. If you want story, bring you guildmates and friends. If you want rewards, play the game like everyone else does...in a rush. P.S. Obi-wan didn't kill every trooper on the Death Star. You're in flashpoints and ops for objectives, not for farming. Roleplay doing what you were sent to do as fast as possible.
  7. Yes. This. Then, to be thorough, you roll an artificer as well, and get all your perfect end game RE-ing done on alts. Also...if you picked armstech because you wanted to make your own blasters, cool. If you thought it would make you money compared to cybertech, you're crazy. The basic descriptions of the crafting skills make it clear that sybertechs make 2/3 of the parts for custom armors. Everyone loves custom armors. Cybertech is the best.
  8. My listing under Hazmat Bulwark's MK-1 Relay doesn't have factions. This is certainly a place you could trim some characters off the post, since a /friend Name accomplishes the task of determining this for anyone trying to get in touch. Also R/I would be clear after the first time. Jorahatum/Maelvinos (Republic/Imperial) Please update my Looking to Buy - I'd pay heavily for anyone who discovers the Hazmat Foce-Healer's MK-3 Relay.
  9. Nope. I would look at any new raiders who might have run through it and grabbed the pheramones before your designee. Sorry to hear it bugged on you if it went on long enough to end your raid night.
  10. Be sure you do not select any "Usable By" option. I don't think that has every worked correctly, and it always returns empty search results for me.
  11. No, it would not. Mod swapping the same barrel into a Sniper yields higher damage for the same weapon rating than it does in a blaster rifle. The same is true for hilts in double-bladed vs. ordinary lightsabers.
  12. The default for gear which comes from difficult encounters is to have is bind on pickup. This makes running the content successfully a requirement for earning the gear. The "this will bind permanently in 2 hours" tooltip was added after the game launched (much like in WoW) to reduce the number of in game support tickets. It is a courtesy option to trade between the group members in case someone rolled Need by accident, or didn't understand the need/greed system. Rather than file for support help, you can simply swap the piece. They should probably clarify the tooltip for this feature, because it is confusing. Sorry about the frustration.
  13. You definitely have good enough gear for HM LI. HM EC is questionable, but a good team of friends shouldn't have a hard time teaching you the fights. To gear up properly, spend your daily comms on the Dread Guard Relic of Boundless Ages and (I believe) the Dread Guard Relic of Elemental Transcendence (Someone can correct me if that's not the ideal for a Sentinel) Collect as many black hole commendations as you can from: 1/day: Random Hard Mode Flash Point via Group Finder. 2/week but not on the same day: Random Story Mode Operation through Group Finder 1/week: Hard Mode Eternity Vault or Karagga's Palace to the second boss for weekly quest credit. 1/week: Story Mode Explosive Conflict (Denova) to the seconad boss for weekly quest credit. 1/week: Story Mode Terror From Beyond to the second boss for weekly quest credit. 1/week: Complete all Black Hole daily quests. 1/week: Complete all Section X daily quests. 1/week: Complete both LI HM and Kaon Under Siege Hard Mode (Might both be one of your random flashpoints) 1/week: Compelte three Hard Mode Flashpoints other than Lost Island/Kaon. I believe this is all the easy stuff you can do to get Black Hole Comms. Hard Mode EC and TFB will also help gear you. You should buy Tionese armors and replace the armoring and mods in them with your match black hole purchases to have your set bonuses as well as rank 61 gear. You can spend credits to buy rank 61 or 63 gear and mods directly from the GTN. You can easily gear out to be ready for TFB Hard Mode with just credits, and if you're a cybertech who likes to PvP you can make loads ofthem by reverse engineering PVP armor you buy relatively fast.
  14. I haven't played a Guardian/Jugg, but I can tell you that an effective Marauder/Sentinel is going to need a whole lot of keybinds just to do good DPS - nevermind the interrupts, gap-closers, stun-breaker, stun stuff. I imagine Guardian over Sentinel is the best choice for you - but I can't be 100% on that.
  15. You need a 50 and some legacy-bound shells to circumvent that restriction, yes.
