Never mind I figured out how to turn shadows off and its working!

No I am just playing on my laptop, I ran a test on speedtest.net and am getting 18mps download 1.5 mps upload. Intel Core i5 CPU M430 @ 2.27 GHz 4.00 GB RAM Running windows 7 64bit Laptop is an Acer Aspire 5740 Graphics are run through the i5 on a built in HD card Let me know if there is any other info I can get you, also how do I turn off shadows? I don't see it as an in game setting under graphics?

BTW I have an 20MPS connection on my internet so it's not that.

I seem to be having an insane amount of lag while within buildings and caves getting down to 2-4 fps but when outside I am running 30-60fps. I played beta and never had these issues even on the weekends when they let the whole world in. I have all of my graphics turned down in game does anyone have any suggestions or is anyone else having this issue? I do have a laptop with the i5 processor in it 4gbs of RAM upgrading to 8 next week, with the intel built in HD graphics card. Again I have never had an issue on wow or even SWTOR throughout the entire beta process. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
