So I know that Expertise has had its point of diminishing returns change post 1.2, has it been figured out what it is now? Also what are the current points for the other stats post 1.2. For example to my knowledge Crit starts to capp out at 30%.

"this effect cannot occur more than once every 1.5 seconds" This is the only part of this ability that confuses me. I will be getting this ability next level so wanna make sure i fully understand it. Does this mean that after hitting them with one stock i have to wait 1.5 seconds before attacking or the 2nd stock wont be applied? Or am i totally off.

Its minor but really lame change, the Mask hood combo does look awesome, i dont care if there is a little clipping.

So I have been looking into secondary stats and have a few questions. I have seen multiple sites basically with this same info: Can anyone give a more detailed explanation of each one? For example Power, the added melee damage would be equal to how much strength? Or Alacity, its says Haste so do you attack faster?
