  1. I've also encountered this same problem, it is very frustrating that a refund is not capable after writing a ticket. They cite that since the item has already been equipped and bound to my character, that there is no way for a refund to be made or a way to grant another unbound version of the item. I'd like this to work differently, other games have a limited amount of account-wide refunds, as long as its within 30 days, which I find is a much more reasonable time period than settling with it being impossible to reconcile the moment its bound or equipped. I understand that this game has its own code and rules and terms of services, but like others have pointed out here, the warning for purchasing a duplicate item is very hard to see, or non-existent given the only warning is the sentence claiming its unlocked in your collections rather than locked, which is a 2 letter difference, and only a slight color highlight change for unlocked. I understand that these purchases are allowed for the sake of the GTN but they should really have their own pop-up window warning if you've already unlocked it in collections, and I'd really like for refunding to be reconsidered, its not refunding actual money its refunding the cartel coins. This combined with other issues with unclaimed seasons items mail expiring, has really left me with a feeling that I've wasted money or even time spent purchasing or grinding for items in this game. I really enjoy this game but these problems can be a real bummer when they're unresolved.
  2. I'm not sure if this is possible, or if its already a function or if its already been suggested I apologize , but I think there should be an option to have the mouse be freely moving the camera without having to hold down right-click, or perhaps an inverse of the current setting, to instead be able to right click to keep the camera still while its otherwise moving wherever the cursor goes. I think this might make the game more accessible to new players who don't understand the camera/movement controls as they are now, and that it might provide more options and potentially playability for current players who might want this option. Thanks : )
  3. I can't imagine a good reasoning for why the unclaimed GS rewards disappear after 30 days, perhaps it is hard to code them to mail differently since its only one slate of finite rewards rather than the infinite account rewards. It is frustrating that this is the case currently. I wonder if the Seasons reward system could transition or partial-retroactively become an account reward based system, especially since it seems the devs have been trying to discourage players from farming multiple servers season tracks by adjusting the season rewards anyways.
  4. I agree, older season weapons and items should start to flow into the vendor rotations. Additionally I would like to suggest that I think that these weapons/items should be able to unlock from collections as soon as they are able to be claimed, to free up inventory space and potential issues, and perhaps retroactively make the items able to be unlocked if its on the players file or achievements that they've levelled up enough for each item(s), if this is at all possible that is. I appreciate the suggestion here!
  5. I think the problem's significance has changed given the effort or potential coins spent on Seasons , and its still undesirable in any case, players shouldn't be punished for not claiming an item within a certain amount of time. I have items sitting in the Item Stash from cartel packs that have been there for a long time and I can sort that out when I need to , as it is its own inventory space, like the new crafting inventory, there should be a Stash for the Season rewards or maybe even a Stash for any mail sent from the game, like all the ones that you get when creating a new character.
  6. I'm not sure if things have intentionally changed since then or not, or if this has always been the case, but mail from SWTOR as the sender, at least currently, when it pertains to overflow Warzone/Arena/GSF reward mail, or Unclaimed GS reward mail, expires within 30 days. After submitting a CS report they told me they could not resend the unclaimed rewards, which is highly undesirable in the context of seasons where players are asked to put in a lot of effort to acquire these rewards, and the mail is only sent to one character.
  7. Agreed frustration , I could see the reason for this being with player/GTN mail, but still there must be another sort of way to workaround not letting players abuse the mail system. At least there's that justification for GTN mail, but other mail sent from the game, like unclaimed season rewards, expiring within 30 days, is extremely undesirable, as a lot of effort is put into completing season tasks and is only sent to one character , which makes it difficult to manage inventory space if all the inventory is already full and you need to claim an entire season worth of mail on one character.
  8. Somewhat related , I'm not 100% sure if I had ever received my season 2 pvp rewards or not , as the amount of pvp tokens in my inventory did not seem to reflect progress of all of season 1 and half of season 2, I only had 12 tokens. I'm also not 100% sure if the unclaimed rewards were mailed, as I had also received mail from the Galactic Seasons, which I did not claim in time as the character the mail was sent to had a terribly full inventory and cargo, and the mail expired within 30 days, or at least the GS rewards mail expired, as I can't recall if there was even a mail for the PVP rewards that had not been claimed. I had posted to CS regarding the expired GS rewards mail that I had not claimed and they responded telling me they couldn't resend the mail or restore the items unfortunately. This is undesirable and I would like to see a response to see if there are other claims of rewards not being sent, and in any case, unclaimed rewards mail shouldn't expire as its effort the player put into the game to participate in the season and punishing players for not making inventory space in a certain timeframe. I would prefer these rewards to be sent to the Cartel Item Stash or automatically unlock in collections , or have the mails not expire.
  9. Agreed there should be some sort of solution for expiring mail, the current system is undesirable and creates frustrating scenarios. I also think that mail sent from the game itself should not expire or should have a date longer than 30 days. Or if these mails could instead be sent to the Cartel Item Stash.
  10. Speaking from experience here, unfortunately, the GS unclaimed items mail do auto-delete after 30 days, and after asking customer service about it , they said they couldn't get the mail back. : ( This is undesirable, it would be nice if season rewards went into the Cartel Item Stash or if the mails did not auto-delete. I'm not sure if them auto-deleting is intended or not or if its a bug ?
  11. Hey lot's of great suggestions here, I love lists like this of quality of life changes that would be seemingly not too difficult to add. It looks like the social vendor on the fleet will be making its way into 7.0 I'm glad the quality of life in game is being worked on.
  12. Here's a list, bolded things I really want: -Makeb balloon flowers. -Mannequins -Darvannis Palm trees -Framed moments from class story or something to put on pictures (perhaps screenshots? or concept art?) -The crazy sorta detective wall of connections from the final rooms of the shrouds' lieutenant's bases. -Darth Marr Holostatue. Might add rest of dark council as well for a nice holo-meeting room? -Some sort of (imperial agent spoilers): -Bean-bag chairs. -Hanging chairs from ceiling. -Dark Honor Guard, Temple Guard. -Kitchen looking decorations. -Belsavis prison containment cells.. for fun. -Casino tables/slot machines. -Stuffed animal tauntauns/other animals -Revanite shrine. -Malgus's -Weapon display cases. -Cages for pets/animal mounts/bad people. -Strobe lights. -Improved Male Dancers. (loincloths - *winkity wink wink*)
  13. I'm speculating that the issue, as well as many codex/legacy bugs, will be fixed with 2.9, due to them seeming to be looking a lot at the achievements with the housing rewards and stuff.
  14. One of the thing that makes swtor so unique is its legacy system, and uniting a lot more things by legacy could fix a lot of issues and a lot of people, including myself's completionist tasks and annoyances. The Codex Making the codex legacy wide can help with a lot of bugs/problems pertaining to the completion of certain entries, and it would fix the annoyance of having an incomplete codex on alt characters. A legacy codex will also help the out of order datacron section a lot more.A class-specific codex to help organization would also be a good addition to the codex. Legacy Datacrons Getting datacrons on every character can be very annoying once you get to the jawa balloon the 6th time, and making datacrons legacy wide could also reward people for getting the faction specific datacrons. Making datacrons legacy wide is also pretty much necesarry to have a legacy codex since people wouldn't know what datacrons they would have or not. Maps Maps, especially on higher level planets, are very tedious to complete, and can be quite annoying to look at when they're incomplete. Making them legacy wide would help the annoyance of incompletion a lot and help navigation on alts greatly. Social Rank It really doesn't make sense why social rank isn't legacy wide, and making it legacy wide would greatly help the annoyance of wearing social gear on alts. Mounts/Pets Having legacy wide mounts and pets would allow for players to have more of a sense of completion with their collections, and organization of vehicles and pets. This would also help a lot with all of the mail at the creation of a new character. Also, making a cartel symbol next to pets/vehicles would be nice for increased organization. Cartel Titles While I believe making titles would be pretty complicated to make legacy wide, I think it'd be a nice feature to atleast make cartel market titles legacy wide, and removing them from the cartel collections. Cartel Emotes This would help RPers a lot, and would be great for organization. It's quite a bit of an annoyance when you barely know what character has what emotes. I hope that these suggestions are put into consideration for making them legacy bound, and I hope other feel the way I do about making more legacy wide features.
  15. Just watched the whole season 6 last night, and it was amazing. Thoughts:
