What are they? They appear every here and there while getting deep into my rotation and they surround my target. Is it some type of critical hit that makes them appear? How do I get that more often?

Or just remove the damn game.

I used to receive mk-11 slot components almost 95% of the time when deconstructing the attachments...now Im only getting them 5% of the time. Pretty sure the patch note just stated that deconstructing items will give the proper materials related to the profession 100% of the time. All I have been getting is techfrags / junk / scrap materials. Just before posting this I was still getting mk-11 slot components. I decon'd 1 and it gave the slot component, then I tried another and it gave junk, and now Ive only been getting junk since. Whats the deal? Update... I was just able to decon 10 more attachments and receive the mk-11 slot components, but only works now doing 1 at a time.

Great information guys... A little update...Let me start by saying that my computer is a little bit older and may have something to do with my dps issues. Graphics are kind of laggy in the WZ but just fine in PVE. I had recently built a gaming computer for my girlfriend since she is a much more hardcore gamer than I.... Well, I ended up playing a match on her her computer, without doing anything different than what I usually do. DPS at the end of a pylon match was 2.5k @ 39 - 1. Im feeling like MY computer is too slow at keeping up with the abilities because of the lag. Im going to try a couple more matches today on her computer and see what the outcome is. As far as gearing goes... I thought since 4.0 that Crit augs were the way to go? So, still... Power is what we should be using... and is that all 14 slots? As for the rotation, I start with my bubble, electrocute, affliction, polarity shift, thunder blast, recklessness, procd chain lightning, lightning flash, crushing darkness, force speed, procd lightning bolt x2.... and while things are cooling down, I spam Light bolt until chain lightning procs again. By that time everything is ready to repeat. I was basically doing this for single target everytime. Im definitely going to look over these other ways and see what happens. Im a little newer to PVP.....I currently have a level 65 Lightning Sorc in full 208 PVP gear with 208 Augs. 12 Crit and 2 Mastery. After numerous attempts and trying different things, I cannot break 1.5kdps consistently in the WZ. Maybe 1 in every 10 matches I will break 1.5k. I personally had people with sorc lights add me to group.... go into a warzone and show me at the end of the match that they did 2k+ dps easy. What can I possibly be doing wrong? Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.
