I want a shadow for PvE and PvP are they any good? or pretty low on the scale for dmg and living?

Thanks for the advice/builds. I tried p p at lvl 12 with a purp gun my rl friend made for me. Was doing decent dmg. But no match for people lvl 20+ but p p in this game seems fun. Can't wait to get some lvls and slot my tree up
