  1. Btw it appears one can still log into any character by ignoring the error message (not clicking OK). Not sure if this could have further consequences when/if they decide to fix things....
  2. Same here but rather "Your game version does not match that of the server. Please restart the game." ... and obviously restarting the game does nothing to help. Every few months the same ... another 24h wait...
  3. Also didn't get any e-mail. Nothing in Spam or Trash folders from the last 5 days.
  4. The patch notes don't mention anything
  5. Actually, I can confirm that the face is still there. It is face type 1 on twilek male body type 2. For whatever reason we simply got switched to face type 2 but we could definitely reverse it at least through the customization kiosk for 80 CC (50% subscriber discount seemingly applied).
  6. Well, I know what they can do at the very least. If they cannot get us our original faces back (why not is beyond me...) then we should at least get the cost of changing the face type on the customization kiosk (80 CC if I'm not mistaken). I personally dislike the new face type very VERY much (mainly because of the eye-line) and would definitely have to change it. Let's see how they reply to the other tickets and potentially this thread.
  7. I have the same issue and I think it is restricted to particularly this face type on males. I also raised a tkt in-game and am awaiting response. I also grilled them for the human-ish ears although this is apparently caused by a memory lapse on my end Fingers crossed for a quick fix!
  8. True, most notably on Hoth and Taris from my experience...
  9. I second that! Hurry with the servers so that I can continue
  10. I thought of another papercut - the travel routes: - they are mapped inefficiently, almost always taking the longest possible route or unnecessarily passing through other travel points - the above but also the weird turns and twists of the speeder/shuttle/cab makes the whole experience annoying at times - also at times the hight and/or speed at which the vehicles fly (e.g. shuttles passing under low tree tops) are totally divorced from "reality" I'd think this is something that should be easily fixable although I've seen how devs of other games ignored it alltogether as well for years. It's either too small an annoyance to bother with or for some reason very hard to fix (why?).
  11. Great thread! ... sadly very hard to read through with so many pages. I hope OP's compilation list would come out soon I just thought of something that fits the papercut definition and I believe hasn't been mentioned before: I love the companion stories and am working on maxing out all their affections (on the 6th character now). This happens by spamming crew missions for gifts as I cannot possibly raise them all with mission conversations (and tbh I don't like switching companions only for conversations). Now, due to randomness of gifts received via missions and the fact that companion preferences are not too systematic I end up with a rather significant stockpile of unused ones when I start a new alt (I'm not selling them while they still have use). Since they take lots of space I have to use them as soon as I get a new companion (according to preference) which raises their affection significantly and usually leads to me running through their story line in batches of 3-4 or more quests at a time (interrupted by class quest checkpoints). Running through the story so fast breaks immersion, of course, and I am left the only option to intentionally postpone conversations so that a more realistic progression is achieved. This, in my opinion, is easily fixable by introducing more hooks / checkpoints which would tie triggering the companion quest to either different part of the class storyline or the character's experience level. In the end, if it is doable, a player shouldn't seek a manual workaround to keep immersion. And to add my voice to something that has probably been posted before - I am very very tired of my double-bladed-lightsaber wielding companions running around with their weapons sheathed but still lit, thus impaling them right through their head or in the case of Ashara both sabers dangling at her sides, potentially shredding robe, pants, legs, etc. to pieces... It is high time this gets fixed as it's been there since the early patches Just yesterday they mentioned on the livestream event, that due to such obvious bugs the game feels buggier than it actually is and I believe that. So my suggestion is - drop development of new content in part or altogether for few weeks or even a month and work only on the overly long list of papercuts. I hope I'm not the only one who feels that desire to see current game experience properly polished already outweighs the desire for immediate new content as new content would come flawed with those same imperfections + others that would inevitably turn up.
  12. I second this. I'm looking forward to trying out the new missions. Thanks, BW!
  13. This would be a lot better than the current limited system and I'd vote for it. I still wonder though - why not simply introduce parallel cosmetic outfit, bind availability of cosmetic slots to cartel coins and profit directly from it? Anything else seems to unnecessarily complicate things. Crafters will be in demand regardless.
  14. Definitely NEW! In order to have the resources also for creation of further "classic" stuff a game needs to continuously stand out. This happens by introducing NEW original things that the competition doesn't offer and keep introducing more every now and again in order to keep your momentum. This counts for any product sold in a fairly competitive entertainment market where you are not the dominant player.
