  1. I encountered something similar. In my case, I checked my mission logs and had the mission "Chapter XVI: The Battle of Odessen". I've finished that content but took a quest to redo it for some reason. Anyway, I found that nothing would start "Old Wounds" until I took the first step of Battle of Odessen. Once I did that, I left for the surface of my base, reset Old Wounds, and then it behaved normally. The first cut-scene you get should not have your character. There will be a bit of action, then dialogue, then you'll get to go talk to Doc Ogg (at least that was my experience). GL!
  2. Thank you SO much for the tips. I was rotating a close proximity to what you suggested, so I'll just need to tighten it up a bit and change my spec a bit. Many many thanks!
  3. So I'm reading back and forth and I'm really getting lost about Assassin DPS output for endgame PVE. I've been running a Madness spec, because frankly it's what looked most interesting to me. I've never had any outright complaints about my DPS in the HMs and 1 or 2 Ops that I've run, but I'm also having a hard time finding a good guide for builds and rotations (aside from Noxxic, which most folks seem to bash). And also folks seem to bash anything except Deception. Any recommendations out there? I don't care about topping the DPS chart, I just want to be useful in the end game content with my 'Sin.
  4. This game has done a LOT to rekindle the flame of the Start Wars universe for me. There are a lot of things to like about it, but if I had to narrow it all the way down to one, I would say....LIGHTSABERS!!!! :D:D Fighting with lightsabers and hearing those awesome humming and electric-clash noises is just tremendous. Sometimes with my Inquis (Assassin/Madness) I find myself using saber attacks when other ones would do more damage, just to hear the noises and watch my saber swing back and forth. Honorable mention for very favorite things: Khem Val the view from a docking bay whilst in fleet force lightning
  5. While I'm quite happy with the excellent work of Sir Alec Guinness, I now have this image in my head of Sean Connery as Obi-Wan, Christopher Lambert as Luke, and Clancy Brown as Darth Vader.
  6. This is a very interesting thread. Could we possibly expand to good examples of the non-force users in history?
  7. Everyone has a right to their opinions, but i have to disagree with all the Corso hate. Despite the fact that I can't stand rednecks in real life, I really like Corso. He seems to have a boyish, almost innocent enthusiasm for the things he does. And while I'm still pretty new to the game, he's far and away my favorite of the initial Republic companions.
