If I remember correctly, they did in fact tell us about this in advance - at least by Wednesday. I remember in the middle of the week making a note to myself to be sure and log in on Friday so I could take part in said sale... If they didn't, then I don't know... Perhaps I had a psychic waking dream predicting the future?!?

I've been waiting for this color combo for quite some time, but after seeing it live, I don't think I'll be pulling the trigger. For some reason, the "Deep" pink just doesn't do it for me. I wish they had gone with a lighter medium or hot pink, but still - great combos in my opinion and I'm glad it was added even if it didn't quite meet my expectations. I'm sure others will feel differently and absolutely love (or hate) it. I will wait and see what kind of prices they end up going for on the GTN and maybe pick one up then...

Rocket boost is REALLY nice - even for those with a short speed buff. Also, you can always sell what you don't use. I don't believe any of the cartel boosts are bound - just the complimentary ones from class quest rewards. Did that talk you into it?

Aside from the already mentioned naming conflict and language issues; could you imagine what this would do to the economy? It would stabilize eventually, but man that would be a rude awakening for me because I'm on an RP server and have invested millions in various cartel items which don't seem to sell for nearly as much on non-RP servers. Not to mention the sudden glut of crafters and their associated items...

Yeah, this will definitely benefit crafters and altoholics. I only have 17 characters, but I use all of them regularly. Whenever I mention how nice a legacy bank would be, I invariably get the reply: "Ya know, you can just mail stuff..." I think the people saying that mailing is a valid workaround are probably those with few alts, or those who don't regularly log on to their alts... But perhaps they simply have more patience than me

Nah, I say let him keep going! Everything from the thread title to the OP's responses both here and in other threads are just epically wacky. Sure, I'd consider what you describe as "rude", but personally wouldn't report it. I doubt it would go anywhere. They are probably just trying to help, but lack game etiquette. Have you whispered them when this happens and ask them nicely not to do that? They won't learn if everyone just files a complaint and moves on.

Still speculation... "We" don't have anything confirmed, so don't "know" anything. If you really do have a source at a private testing center, I seriously doubt that he would appreciate you posting it in the forums and possibly violating some sort of NDA on the subject. It's probably "private" for a reason.

Ah, that makes sense Sorry if that came across as snarky. I was honestly wondering! I feel the same way about Hale that you do about Blum. I suppose I may be a bit biased though, since I was a huge fan of both Big O and Cowboy Bebop. If they could get a new voice actor though, my vote would be for H. Jon Benjamin as the male smuggler

For the crystal, I'd personally rather see a pink core with a black outline. The black core crystals don't really sit right with me for some reason... As for dye? Black / Pink or Pink / Black would definitely be my new favorite color scheme A thousand times yes to either one, or better yet, BOTH!
