  1. thank you for the replies thought I replied the other night, must've not hit submit :/ Got the chest from Athiss now, and was going to farm the lower robe; I did clear every mob in the instance ... but tyvm Ziva for the alternative which I shall definitely go after. The other set I really like, and crafted for myself is the anointed zeyd-cloth I had the traditional thermoweave chest pattern, but didn't even notice it had the pattern, the gray on gray didn't register well with my eyes :/ Will now make the robe as well, for a neutral set ... the throne I have doesn't match the purple stuff I have well (shadow hand), but my nightshade works very well with both my twi'lek's skin and purple gear sets ... the starter set for 2.0 will go well with the throne though
  2. guess I'm out of luck ... maybe they'll make a set for the Cartel market ... would probably be the only set I'd buy with coins, instead of fishing GTN for it The patterns on the set match my lekku
  3. http://i.imgur.com/MqTBJBH.jpg http://i.imgur.com/VywBhbg.jpg My fault, I meant to get screenshots and come back, but became very distracted this week. Front and back, this is the full set listed below. Exact names of the pieces: Saladar Systems Engineer's - Coat Workgloves Legwraps Wristwraps Belt Cap Shoes
  4. I love the Saladar Systems Engineer's set. imo, one of the best looking in the game I was wondering if anyone could lead me to a moddable set that looks like it? I tried scouring databases and asking guild in game, searching through the GTN. I know it may not exist, but it also might, despite my efforts. So I've come to the community here, to hope someone knows of a set that has this look. If it doesn't exist ... I can hope one day it gets worked into a moddable set
  5. Or the healer is struggling because the group doesn't understand the fight they are doing. Avoidance of damage is better tactic than anything, but some need to learn, or are slow on the uptake. A healer can only do so much. I've off-healed before when I was a dps sorcerer. I've tried to carry a group of people struggling to avoid stuff on normal FPs, standing in big green stuff that is eating their hp away; standing in every avoidable aoe ... you just advise them on what they are doing wrong, how they can improve, and get through it ... but in some of those situations, an off-heal could have made it go a bit smoother and avoid a wipe ... an extra cleanse can really help when it is a stacking dot, or a bubble and a heal on theirself or the other dps while you are focusing on the tank taking heavy damage ... especially when the rest of the group, or moreso the tank, is undergeared. That is the thing about the SWtOR community, friendly, patient, helpful ... and it is refreshing. Apparently the OP doesn't understand this concept of working together as a team
  6. I'd like to see a different color offered to those who pre-order the cartel digi xpac. Possibly dark-green and gold ... it would match what this guy is wearing http://www.swtor.com/sites/all/files/en/coruscant/main/gameExpansions/rothc/section2.jpg This would give the original pre-orders their exclusive color still (which you rarely see any longer); while giving people who are giving the vote of confidence to pre-order their xpac something to show off visually (not everyone loves pets and titles).
  7. I think they should allow this, but in doing so, have your droid vendor on your ship sell items for your butler droid to fill the role of the one you eliminate. So say you kill Quinn, RV can function completely as a healer, able to equip weapon slots and adapt his abilities to conform. Easier than making a new companion to fill that role for each class; while allowing you to feel in control. Basically, if you are a dark side sith, if someone betrays you, you wouldn't hesitate to eliminate their existence. If you are a dark jedi, you still might want to eliminate a pureblood, because your path to the republic's supremacy may include a bit of genocide of anything sith related.
  8. Why would you care where/how someone acquired their gear? They put in the effort to earn their rewards, enjoying the game the way they wish for the same monthly fee as you, and if they want to enjoy multiple facets of the game, I don't see why you would have a problem with that. If they are doing their share of the work in the group, it doesn't matter what gear they have on, because they are contributing ... if they aren't ... still isn't a gear issue, and either you should discuss the removal of them from the group with the rest of the players in it, or leave the group and form a new one with players who feel all need to contribute equally. If you just want people to have specific gear, then by all means, form your own group to accomplish the group makeup and gearing that makes you happy. This is the freedom of your choice to play with who you wish, and form group with like minded individuals, the same as it is your choice to not play with people with do not share your ideas/ideals ... but it is not your position to tell everyone else that plays the game that they must conform to your specific desires on the correct and wrong ways to play ... for that is personal opinion, and you can solve the issue you have by simply forming a guild and only doing the FP/HM/Op with people who agree with you. You earn the gear and the mods in it. It is your gear. You have every right to use that gear and the mods in it, however you wish for that character. Freedom to use the things you earn and worked for.
