Sidious ist offiziell der mächtigste Sith aller Zeiten, das wurde mehrmals von George Lucas und seinen Leuten bestätigt. Die mächtigste Person ist wohl Luke, nach Episode VI gehen seine Kräfte in der EU so durch die Decke das es schon nicht mehr witzig ist.

Aside the horrible things they did to Darth Maul (just my opinion), the clone wars is much too reckless with stuff like retcons. Nothing screams "I don´t care what was said yesterday" like a retcon and this is particularly dangerous for a several decades old franchise. Personally I don´t care much about TCW, but it establishs lore that will possibly hunt us. I am pretty pessimistic about this, but I hope they know what they are doing.

Angela Merkel / Palpatines early years as chancellor I don´t see the difference and want to know when she will start to use her dark powers in public. BTT: The empire ist smaller and crippled by infighting, while the republic is divided by different personal interests (competitive senators, military, separatists etc.) This will prolong the fight until the sith are defeated and a nearly obliterated empire merge in a heavily weakened republic.

Her abilitys were clearly under-mined, but i think the force simply don´t want her to see it. She had the chance to kill the emporer, but she decided to save revan instead (poor choice, i assume he would give his life if it is necessary), so the force turned away and prefered the hero of tython to accomplish this task. Similar to malaks betrayal, when revan didn´t feel a whole star destroyer preparing to fire at him. The force can be treacherous.

Well, I think the whole EU is about stretching it too far. Sometimes it´s well done and sometimes it is not. The return of palpatine was the most uncreative plot devise they could come up with (in my humble opinion). It´s like: "Oh, we lost the big, bad guy in the films. What should we do now for the EU?" "I know, let´s bring him back!" It diminished the prophecy of the chosen one, a crucial part of the movies. Yeah, vader killed the emporer and sacrificed himself, but actually palpatine doesn´t care. PS: Kotor 2 is awesome.

Don´t make jokes about it. They might think it´s a good idea to attract a wider audience, hormone-driven teenagers to call it out. Imagine it: The new films come out and 12-16 year old girls camping in front of the cinemas, screaming the name of canadas revenge.

Vielleicht sehen wir wie er die Wumpratte von seiner T-16 aus abgeschossen hat! (Die war natürlich von Grund auf böse und wollte Tod und Krankheiten verbreiten, sonst wäre es ja Tierquälerei.) Die Origins können großartig werden, Kopfschmerzen verursachen oder ein "Naja-Gefühl" hinterlassen.
