Funny story, on my healer, we had a DPS que as a tank, not use Ion Cylinder, and then come to find out, was spec'd DPS (Hence the DPS que as tank) and then refeuse to AT LEAST switch to the cylinder....so then I forgot how to heal him after asking 3-4 mobs, asking each time. So when I try to vote kick him, it gets refused, 5 minutes later another refusal, I forget how to heal everyone, they finally vote kicked him off. Khem Val finished tanking for me. Still a better tank than a DPS PT that qued as a tank.... I'm aware these are low level FP's we're talking about, and it's mostly the players that get encountered at these levels, but still....it's fun to come back after being out of state for a week and see this thread with life in it

Didnt help that one of the DPS died due to rather unseen circumstances. I honestly don't know how. 10 seconds into the boss fight, and bam....dead. No flames, no aggro on him...DoT is my only guess but a litteral 10 seconds in, idk. second time was healer death to flames. Being without the bubble I could deal with, but his arguing about the KB with me was a bit much...it's not even that good of a heal! and yea, first post of yours did come off a bit harsh, so my apologies for the retort about me being a dick. My sorc healer is only 28, been through Athiss on him plenty of times. I guess coming from a tanking BG, I know what I would want when I'm on my healer. Not the same for everyone....the arguing was a bit of a draw back from him I'll just keep on trucking and keep trying to teach n00b healers what to do, and how to do it, while tanking, and hope the ignore list will weed the rest of them out if it's not possible to teach the few that can't be.

We died at the final boss, twice mainly cause Athiss isn't all that tough, especially not tough enough to warrant "small dosage healing" Not to mention my mind meld on any double gold pulls. Also, I didn't complain about lack of heals, I complained about not maximizing the bubble/seethe before pulls and the knockback right on top of me when I can do it myself if I'm over whelmed. I have a sorc, I know the deal. It's not hard to heal without using the damn overload. Also, I'm a jerk. It's true. But If I was a total dick, I would have abandoned team, which I didn't. Also, pardon me for trying to correct poor playing behavior as it occurs instead of them being terrible as well when they are expected to heal for REAL in an op or 55 HM. If my dog pisses on the floor as a puppy, I'm not waiting till he's 5 to tell him he's a bad dog for doing so. If that makes me a bad person, I can live with that.

Now, I know this doesnt pertain to probably 99% of the people here, but still! /ranton I can not STAND PUG healers, or just bad healers in general (since not all pugs are bad). THREE times yesterday on my sin, I had a sorc healer that irked the force out of me. 1) Never bubbled before boss fights 2) RARELY did I get bubbled DURING the fights 3) Kept running up to me and smashing OVERLOAD so allll the baddies when flying off of me because "It's a CC! And it's also the only way I can heal multiple people" (Granted, the only "multiple people" was me, and I don't consider overload a "CC") 4) Told me to shush when I asked nicely (even said please, and explain why he needed to do x y and z.) to stop overloading and to bubble some. 5) DPS'd more than healed on most bosses, till I got below 50% health. I stuck it out, cause I knew if I left, as my sin is decently geared for my levels FP's, then they would probably NOT finish it since I don't see a pug tank having the patience I had for them. lol. Thankfully, I had mind meld by then on my sin, and we were able to sneak past the room after room of elites in Athiss without fighting all but one of them, which was an accident anyhow. Yes, I'm only 22, but it still bothers the hell out of me that people aren't learning the right way, at low levels, to play their toons. I know I know, there's no "right way" but tell that to the HM's and OP's at 55. It's all practice leading up to it. I can be rude, but I save that to vent to my guild in gchat and not to the party. I try to be helpful, but DAMN....I'd rather just play my healer at 30 and play it the "right way" and be helpful, then a detriment to a team and save them from bad sorc playing. Or just stick to running ops on my merc. Leveling seems to have gone wonky with the influx of bad players lately....helpful as I try to be, my patience wears thin..... Am I totally wrong about all this? Am *I* the one playing "wrong"? Doubtful, but have to ask. lol /rantoff
