In huttball, I've been force pushed/punted through the floor on the ramps near mid. There's no way to get out, need to /stuck. You can attack other players although they can't attack you. This is a bit different from what you're describing but I wouldn't be surprised if it was just another bug.

Very much this. More often than not, developers have no say in what work gets done. They code what they're told to code, if they want to keep their job. They really shouldn't be the ones to blame for a lot of things mentioned around here.
