  1. You are not hearing the feedback here. The feedback is that to a new player or casual who has 1,000 credits you basically do not allow them to quick travel or visit a stronghold because it costs way too much. Where as the people who have billions of credits do not care. You are better finding a way to leave necessities like quick travel alone and making credit sinks elsewhere. Unless it is your desire to gate quick travel behind a new player credit grind. Or worse, some purchased credits.
  2. Looks like another expansion coming, and my ships will still be grounded. I want to fight in space again. Soon. Thank you.
  3. Why am I still unable to craft level 6 Companion Gifts?
  4. Thanks for the apology, but you never said what you were sorry for. Why did this happen? You say you had very specific design goals for this release but missed by an ENORMOUS amount. I play very casually and do not consider myself to be very knowledgeable or very good at SWTOR, but I knew within 5 minutes of play the state of companions. It was not a mystery, it was not subtle, companions were now super-powered. This is not an isolated fringe-case, this is everywhere in the game. Either the designers did a poor job of communicating their ideas to the developers and/or the testers, or the dev/testers did a poor job of accomplishing the design. But this was released with knowledge of the condition of companions and I assume everyone's approval. How did the design get so poorly implemented? Did the designers try the expansion before release? How are you going to prevent this level of mistake from happening in the future? Tell me what went wrong, what you are doing to prevent it, and apologize for that. Then I'll accept the apology.
  5. I want to know why? You knew how strong companions were. You tested them, you approved them to be released. You knew how much they affected content. Surely the performance of companions over the last month is not a surprise to you. It is reasonable to expect some post release tweaks, but a massive nerf? Why now, have you determined that they are completely unacceptable? What changed from your testing to now? The only thing I can see that has changed is a vocal minority have complained, and now you make changes. How is this anything other than a response to complaints? The companions have been doing nothing other than what you intended them to do. If companions have been vastly outperforming what you intended, how did you let that happen? I am very dissatisfied.
  6. I completed the survey, but it was not what I expected. You just wanted to know which item you gave was my favorite. You didn't ask the real questions. - Did you subscribe or maintain your subscription due to Fallen Empires or any of the rewards? No, I already subscribed and was not interested in any of the rewards. If I did not subscribe, I can't see that I would have subscribed to get the rewards. Didn't someone have to subscribe for 3 months ($45) for a week of early access? Seems a foolish use of money just to subscribe for that. - What types of rewards would have persuaded you to subscribe? A difficult question, but I would have to say an exclusive item. Each reward you gave was a reskin or early access. Everything is available without subscribing. Would have preferred a companion that is ONLY available through subscription. I would have liked some Cartel cash. A handful of those random Cartel packs. Always tough to reward subscribers without alienating the F2P'ers. - As a current subscriber, what would you like to see in the future to reward your loyalty? I would like to see veteran rewards to acknowledge continual subscription. Doesn't have to be much, pets, mounts... I won't spend my monthly Cartel allowance on those random packs (I don't gamble). So how about just rewarding one every 1, 4 or 6 months? As an Everquest subscriber I receive a random pack every month with a chance for a pet/mount type item. - What (other than rewards) could we add to improve the game value for subscribers? I'd like to purchase a lifetime subscription. I'd like to be able to link a second account to my subscribed account.
  7. I spoke with customer support, and this is what I was told. My server account is at 16 of 16 active characters because of an old server merge. Because I exceeded the old starting limit of 12 character slots, and still exceed the new starting limit of 14, I do not get the two free slots from KotFE. Drats:(
  8. Since you ask, yes this is what I want. Don't like PvP, not into operations. Would like more Space love though.
  9. I assume it is due to this from the Patch Notes: •The Companion bar has been updated to reflect simplified Companion design, and no longer expands into a secondary toolbar.
  10. I am qualified, have subscribed since launch. Got all the rewards when I logged on. Just do not have 2 more char slots. Guess I'll submit a ticket.
  11. Per patch notes: •All Subscribers have been granted an additional two Character Slots per server. •The Subscriber Character limit is now 40 per server. But my account is still 16/16 characters. I would have thought it should be 16/18 now. Regardless, I do not see 2 additional slots, is there something I need to do to activate them or raise the server limit?
  12. My experience of SWTOR for the last two years has been one of hope, yet disappointment. I hoped for an immersive, quality, A+ MMO in the Star Wars universe. I started the game at launch with a group of friends who were excited to play the game. However all the launch issues and the excruciatingly slow rate of bug fixes finally drove them all off. I am the only one who still plays. They would not even return for free. Constructive point is Bioware needs to put out quality releases and turn around bug fixes faster The game started with a Bounty Hunter class bug which prevented end game access for months. Residual bugs from that issue were never fixed, only clearing when the level cap was raised to 55. Constructive point is Bioware needs to put out quality releases, acknowledge and give updates on known bugs, and turn around fixes faster. Then the horrible Guild Summit. Let's pay a privileged few subscribers to travel to Texas. Apparently their subscription dollars are better than mine. Then Bioware just talks at the player representatives instead of using the time to get them involved. Bioware didn't have to fly people to Texas to tell them what was coming up. Constructive feedback is Bioware needs to funnel it's resources into content and game quality. My next memory is of Heroic Space missions that required you to buy upgrades from the Cartel Market. Amazing. Constructive feedback is never force subscribers into the Cartel market. Still not learning from the Space upgrade fiasco, they require subscribers to purchase the next race from the Cartel Market. They still do not see why this is wrong. Constructive feedback is never force subscribers into the Cartel market. All the damaged PvP implementations (win trading, afk rewards) show a total lack of understanding of MMO PvP. Constructive feedback is learn to do PvP right, or not at all. I still jump in every so often and do space missions, but the last two years have been far too painful for this to be my go to MMO. I have not seen any announcements of coming features that would change this. Constructive feedback is give me new class, extended class story, new Space rail missions, Space PvE, quality pass to fix 2 year old bugs.
  13. What is the functional purpose of that Canopy/Bridge over the cockpit? Is it a weapon pod, engines? Seems like a fragile target.
  14. You had no problem launching with class quests blocked for weeks. What's this, a new policy?
  15. Until I see action these are just words. There are no examples, there is no commitment. First the Space gear debacle (which still hasn't been fixed) and now the race and barber shop debacle. I definitely feel that as a subscriber I am paying for this game twice. I mostly subscribe because I like doing space missions, battlegrounds, FP whenever I feel like it. But since the 'expansion; I bought couldn't even give me a new space mission, I see no reason to continue subscribing after lvl 55. And this post does not give me anything to change that idea.
