  1. This is utter BS imo... 3 times I have tried to get these two datacrons, and all three times, it lets me wait the entire time, then 2 or 3 min from destination, just dumps ya on the ground.... I dont expect SWTOR customer service to do anything about this (like every other issue thats been brought to their attention) They are too busy implementing code for free weekends to fix issues like this... SWTOR has undeniably the WORST customer service in MMO history, and thats saying A LOT!!! This is only one of MANY issues that have went WAY BEYOND reasonable fix times... I know lots of us are at the end of our ropes waiting on fixes... Sad really, SWTOR has a good foundation, but the way BW/EA/LA is handling the in-game issues is killing it... They already a quarter million subs over their neglect of the Ilum issue, have lost at least that many for other issues they are refusing to address in a timely manner... Going to have to chalk this up to them just not being a credible MMO company... They are trying to treat SWTOR like a stand alone where they already have your money, so screw you, its their way or the highway, and that kind of model just doesnt work with MMO and subscription based playing... Sorry BW/EA/LA, try again, and next time, spend some of those hundreds of millions on customer service... The one guy you have doing it isnt keeping up
  2. Just curious if anyone has heard anything about some fixes to this horrendous UI we seem to be stuck with? A few issues that pop to mind are: 1) Obviously scalable UI (WZ windows cover up a good portion of the side hotbars) 2) The issue with the guild list almost always needing a dual CTRL-U to be able to see. 3) The constant issue of the mouse magically grabbing hotbar buttons without being clicked. (Yes, locking the hotbars fixes this, but still shouldnt randomly grab buttons) 4) The addition of crew skills on the crew menu (seems intermittent, but still requires a full relog from desktop to fix) These arent game stoppers I realize, but I would have thought these issues would have been addressed before such emphasis on an official Game Update started taking priority. Seems almost everyone is waiting patiently for the scalability of the UI as its bulky, entirely too large for modern resolutions, and the fact that non optional windows are covering up part of the hotbars depicts a large oversight on that of the UI development).
