6 days and no reply from support. I actually think they are stumped with a fix. But it makes no sense to do a full release of the launcher when theres people who cant launch the Fing game. fix known issues and then make it available to everyone

whats the ETA on getting replies on our errors? Has anyone had the problem when you click "play" nothing happens? its just like a toggle button. If youve got a fix it would save me a lot of wait time :D

Hi, The launcher updated for me but when i click "play" nothing happens. The button toggles on and off when i keep clicking it (as in lights up and then dims as if the play button is not ready) Let me know what info you need and ill send it Would really like to get this sorted so i can play again. thanks!

it was said that seasonal items would be available from the 20th of december to Jan 3rd and as confirmed by JackieKo it was meant to be all seasonal items It honestly looks like they havent even activated the seasonal items so ive made a list below. This is only going through the "Holidays" section of the collections tab. (Some may only be available in a bundle, I dont know the history of all the items) - Life Day Robes - Czerka LD-1 Celebrator - Festive Tauntaun (currently available in a Bundle) - Life Day Surprise Toy (currently available in a Bundle) - Life Day Holo-tree - Title: The Winter Warrior - Life Day Orb - Life Day Tinsel Bomb - Festive Life Day Robes (ALSO NOT DISCOUNTED FOR UNLOCK! 400cc) - Wampa Handler License (currently available in a Bundle) - Merry Ice Tromper (currently available in a Bundle) - Life Day Holo-Shrub Disguise (currently available in a Bundle) - Hoth Wampa Cub There may be more as this is only the holiday list. I was really looking forward to them all coming back!

from previous experience, when they say "ALL" they mean all from what's available, not every armor set in history. This is the same with the armor packs, pet packs and other packs from the CM that also reference "all".

has anyone else noticed that there are so many seasonal items missing? its almost like it wasnt implemented, I waited a few days but nothing has changed. any word on this?

lol seriously? stop trying to make this game more for *******. youre trying to take away variety with a class. the more options wheather stronger or weaker are good options. for eg; the old skill trees. modifiable gear (imagine if there was no mod changing!), dpsing while off guarding. they all mix the game up to make no player the same and they actually need to think what might be best. let the people think what might be best when it comes to stances too. and its not like this is OP. guardians lose the most DPS while in tank stance. PTs and sins can guard while bringing much more dps.

not sure about the manual patches. they would usually get them from the swtor link first... which they would sit there downloading at 15kb/s mines been going at 50kb/s for a while. woot woot

seriously what is going on 35kb/s. my max dowload speed is 4mb/s. ive tried to reset the launcher. ive tried downloading from my subbed account. why is my download speed so slow?? the harbinger needs me! i dont know what they will do without me spinning.

youre tackling a different problem than i am. mine was only complaints about the current ranking system. im not saying i dont agree with you. but im not having this conversation here
