Have you not played the forced unleashed series of games vader loses to his apprentice not once but twice. Also for whoever said luke was the chosen one I disagree. After the prequels where made I see it like this the whole star wars saga was basically about vader and the prophecy ( qoute by yoda in ep 3 a prophecy misread could have been). Its the transformation of a hot tempered arrogant but powerful jedi who turns to dark side due to many factors and then is turned back by his son, but vader destroys the sith by killing the emperor therefore restoring peace. He was the chosen one. So I say vader would win against revan.

What about Darth Nihilus From knights of the old republic 2 I think that was his name, and also I think vader. I think he was actually more powerful than he was portrayed in films.

I never said he was perfect, and its fine the book was written with qoutes from him. You can find qoutes written every where and some may be qoutes from him some not. I can write a quote for you now and say it is from him. I geuss its not possible for someone who writes a book to be fallible. Your resorting to name calling and you say im being stupid and ignorant. I changed my mind and decided to look this stuff up anyway I will admitt I was wrong on a few things and so were you I went to IMD and looked on episode 5 and yes Leigh Brackett Lawrence Kasdan wrote the screenplay but the story was written by lucas which I originally said http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080684/fullcredits#writers in this interview he does state he wrote a script which was 4 5 6 and used the first part but also states that he wrote a backstory on everything which is episodes 1 2 3 and that was the basis for the original movies 4 5 6 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WeDBZMpaZqY in this interview when asked why he waited 16 years to do the 1 movie he states he was waiting on the technology to catch up with his imagination. Now when I originally posted I think I said he wrote the whole story and he did I wasnt talking about a screenplay or script where I was wrong is I said he wanted to do 1 but decided to do 4 I said he decided on the middle part of the story 4 first and I listed a reason. Now if you refer to the above interview he did wait on 1 due to tech he just doesnt state that in his interview on the original script. I didnt backpedal I just reworded what I written. Ok this could go on forever tell me where the interview is where lucas says he didnt write the whole story. You say what Im reading on the internet is rumors and then you say its all over the internet that he didnt write the whole story, geuss there know way those sites can be wrong, and in regards to who wrote 5 writing the script is not the same as the story. The script is written from the story. I give the guy credit for that. I know lucas didnt do these movies all by himself and you kind of contradicted what you posted earlier saying he didnt write the whole story and your last post says he wrote backstories on his characters. So isnt the backstory for vader episodes 1 2 3. I will say know more on this issue because its not that important. You can only prove your point the same way I can net research. Show me a video interview with lucas saying he only wrote 4 to start with and I will agree with you and admitt im wrong.

Im not going to argue about why they suck or why they dont, because everyone will have a different view on the subject. Just curious what others thought. I have heard alot say they didnt like them but not alot of why. Where did you get your facts I no a new hope was not labeled as number 4 origanally it was originally going to be a stand alone story. When he decided on the sequels he then labled them as 4 5 6. When he wrote the story it was to big so he decided to do a new hope and originally it was just called star wars. He wrote the star wars saga and decided to go with a new hope due to the fact the tech did not exist to do the things in 1 2 3 like the cities of coruscant mustafar and other things. Now the first story he wrote was just an outline basically. He changed alot when they decided on the films. Like vader was not the same person as anakin and luke and leia were not brother and sister and others these changes were made when he decide to do 5 and 6. Originally the first of the story was about the clone wars and rise of the sith/villian/vader/emperor. a pupil of kenobi's turning to the darkside and how the villian became part machine and so on. This information has been stated in interviews with lucas and in many sites online. Also I know Lucas should not get credit for the games, but he did have to aprove these things being made and oversee some of them. He owned the rights. so I think some credit should be his for anything star wars, but credit goes to other to. I didnt mean he has done everything his self. Remember without him we would not be playing these games and be talking about this here.

Just like any other mmo none are perfect when first released and just about all of them have seen many changes over time. Some like wow whole talent trees where redone from the ground up. Sometimes we love the changes sometimes we dont. Seems when they make thier changes it is good for some and not others. Geuss it hard to listen to all of us. I just hope it doesnt take 6 years to make these changes to help up the damage and balance all the trees. I would also like to see a third tree for each advanced class thats not shared.

What is it that was so bad about 1 2 3 of the movies. lucas has overseen alot of the games that have been made and there are some really good ones. In my opinion it does not matter what kind of person he is. When it comes to his movies he is brilliant. Also when he first wrote star wars he didnt write episodes 4 5 6 first he wrote all of it he just liked the last three the best and made it into the movies. I dont think he originally planned on making anymore after 4 5 6. but I dont think he will ever do a remake where they go back in time. I think someone may have just taken what he said in that interview out of context. Really though what was so bad about episodes 1 2 3. I would like to hear from those that think they where awful. Like I said before without the brilliant mind of Lucas we would not be talking in this forum and playing the game. I think Star Wars and Indiana Jones should earn him respect for what he can do.

Me personally I dont care for prequels unless they are good and I would rather see something new something after the last movie many years after, maybe with leia and hans kids maybe, because the problem with a prequel is we have already seen a prophecy come true and the baddest sith ever and so on. So why not do a new one maybe a sith prophecy is found or maybe the emporer secretly had another apprentice or even had started a new sith academy and throw the mandalorians in there and the empire that was left that fled are secretly rebuilding somewhere new in the universe there alot that he could do, I dont know everyone has their opinions of what he could do. Who knows what goes on in that mind of his. I also think one of the many problems people had with the prequels is anakin was to whinney well he was suppossed to be whinney and arrogant thats what made him into vader. Except for a few mess ups with the story like obi not remembering r2d2 in episode 4 and him saying yoda was the jedi that instructed him and a few others I think where to small to really matter much. Maybe im missing something I dont know what was so bad about the movies I thought that the prequels where good. Also if we believed all the rumors on the internet and what is said on tv and in interviews there would be mass riots and everyone would be preparing for the end of the world in december or something really stupid like starwars meets terminator. Among other movies. I see george lucas as bieng brilliant without him we would not be talking on this forum.

I agree about the customization and the barber idea, they need more option to help define your character more. and the ability to maybe change the name of conpanions and customize thier looks more seems wierd that everyone is running around with conpanions that are named and look the same. Dont know how this would work but it would be cool. Hate to reference wow because this isnt wow and this game shouldnt be wow clone, but take the wow hunter he has many things he can tame and they are in certain classes like cats are ferocity bears tanks. so It would be cool or would have been cool. to have had a bunch of different looks or even races for each character and they could have still given them the same voices options and attacks for whatever character and class they where in, like vette for sith warrior they could have maybe had different races or looks you could have chosen from or something and gave all of them the same dialogue options and attacks. I know this would be hard maybe even impossible to change but even renaming and simple customization options would be nice. Kind of hard to explain exactly what I mean but I did the best I could. Sorry for any confusion. Also just a thought in star wars lore isnt force sensitive ones suppossed to be the only ones who can craft a lightsaber. Dont get me wrong I like the crafting system. While on that subject I would like it if you could bring the crafting window up without it closing out the trade market window so you dont have search for what you where doing all over again. Kind of aggrevating.

I think it would help if you could place waypoint markers on your map and maybe even notes on map. PvP warzones where done kind of like wow in 10 lvl increments like 20 to 30 together and 30 to 40 ect. I dont know though works good like it is. The ability to shift click an item to put in the search field in trade market if you wanted to search for more of that item. I think it would help if the trade market would remember what you put an item up for sale for so if you put another of the same item in you wouldnt have to keep changing the price. These may have already been mentioned if so sorry for posting. Dont really know if any of these would help or be good but just put them down anyway.
