  1. 32 bits in 2020. I knew they were incompetent, but that takes the cake. This is what you get with the trophy generation. Morons with no capacity to actually think.
  2. Same here. It's really unfortunate that EA and Bioware can never be bothered to hire competent coders. Here's a clue for their personnel department: try hiring employees that at the very least have graduated from elementary school. Their insistence of only hiring from a Goodwill job training program is very obvious, and very wrong.
  3. Clearly whoever said that has no clue what a spoiler is. Telling existing customers about fundamental changes to an existing game for which customers have been paying, and continue to pay for, is not called revealing spoilers. It is called good customer service. I'll also go ahead and 'reveal' that there was no announcement made prior to the NGE either. There are only two possible reasons for continuing to fail to provide us with information about what the changes really are, this close to the supposed launch date: 1) They have not finalized their decisions about what they are doing and so are nowhere near ready to launch so they are just trying to milk as much money as possible from the players before the game implodes. 2) No one at Bioware or EA ever got a passing grade in English 101 so they can't write an announcement. I suspect both are actually true.
  4. This has not been my experience. I'm taking advantage of the 12xXP story boost to play a few of the classes I've not tried before, mainly because I dreaded the normal leveling slog. While I am still playing all of the side quests especially for the gear (which I still need to get, because the commendation bonuses don't go anywhere near as far as I need), the 12xXP boost means I get to play a few levels above the mobs, which makes it all feel more like playing ME3 on story mode. Which is what I want. If 12xXP boost as currently implemented truly ends when the new expansion goes live, that will be the final end of my TOR experience. (I realize the 12xXP boost will not be part of the new content.)
  5. Initial box sales did not make enough to pay back the development costs. Subscription numbers will not be anywhere near what they hyped up, and so monthly revenue will not make up the initial shortfall. Which means in order to continue operation, additional revenue will have to be sought, and the only way to do that will be to go F2P. That's how real it is.
  6. TOR is not actually an MMO. I see no point in paying a monthly subscription fee for a single player game with a smidgen of online play. My subscription has one day of time left, and I'm assuming today is that one day. Like many others, I'll be back in a few months when TOR is F2P. I wonder what they'll put in their cash shop?
  7. They're going to have to go F2P regardless of what they have said previously. They won't be able to pay the bills otherwise. I understand money, unfortunately you do not.
  8. I don't see this being added until after they complete their conversion to F2P. And then you'll have to purchase the option in the cash shop.
  9. Only problem is, someone used the cherry ice cream box as a doggy pooper scooper and then put it back in the freezer.
  10. I agree with this statement, but not for the reasons you think.
  11. But, who are the people who make bubbles?
  12. This isn't a town and we are not random people.
  13. My time runs out either tonight or tomorrow night, depending on how they time it. Correction: My account status says I have two days of play time left, but I still don't how they are defining a day (stroke of midnight in what time zone?).
  14. Well, for my self, all I can say is
  15. Han shot first. The movie you saw was a lie. Without Luke, there would be no Star Wars movie or subsequent related material. However, in his original story concept, Lucas did not have Luke at all.
