The only issue is that the log on server was full and bioware wont admit that by putting you in a que. It wasn't resolved by anyone but the fact they are no longer full...I know this because me and several other people just kept trying and got in when the server had room

So my Imperial Agent gets a class quest at lvl 18 that tells me to use my ships holoterminal but when I click on it i get the little speech bubble with the ... above my head then the cut scene comes up but it just stays frozen and nothing gets said. I have relogged, changed planets, everything and nothing works. I can't even continue since this is a class quest. Any ideas?

I submitted a ticket a few days ago for my jawa and still haven't gotten any response. This is why I called. Jawas will be handed out next patch btw. And new toons should be getting them upon creation.

If you didn't receive your 500 cartel coins for being subbed, don't call support and wait for 3 hours like I did because they will do nothing for you. I was told it was a mistake and the people who got the 500 coins won't be getting them the next month to make up for it. They will also do nothing for you about the party jawa because "if you create a new toon you can get one" and the existing characters will be getting them in the next patch. So yes after waiting for 3 hours, I get nothing. Wasn't really asking for much, just what was given to others, but anyways just letting you know not to waste your time.
