  1. I want to say I am leaning towards the tank since I want to try something different. But I suppose a force user would be something different as well. I did play a consular to 12 and went shadow with it, but I was kind of expecting more from the double bladed light saber. I was hoping the animations would be cooler or something.
  2. Trying to decide if I want to roll an consular(sage of some type) or a trooper(not sure what ac yet, probably a tank or healer though). This will be an alt, my main is a smuggler. Jedi Knight is also a possibility I suppose, but my friend is already playing one. I know on my smuggler I had to watch my energy a lot. Not a huge deal, but I did get myself in trouble from time to time. I know the trooper has the same kind of mechanic as a smuggler. But I hear the trooper has a fairly easy rotation/skill set. I am looking to PVP more, and I am still a noob at it, so easier sounds good to me at this point. But I hear the consulars are pretty good and have a fairly easy force pool to manage. What do you think?
  3. I had posted in the general class forum a while back about a class/AC that uses a lot of grenades and things like that. I have taken cybertech on most of the characters so far. For some reason I am on a huge grenade kick in this game. Yet somehow when I asked about a class that uses a lot of grenades, I don't recall anyone mentioning Saboteur. Maybe they did, maybe I just missed it or overlooked it. But here I sit, a level 17 scoundrel(I haven't even start placing my points yet in any of the scoundrel trees) and all of a sudden I stumble upon Saboteur. Now I am wondering if the Saboteur AC is awesome enough to make me reroll. Any thoughts? I ended up picking scoundrel for 2 reasons. I was leaning towards healing, which is something I have never done before, and I also heard it was more mobile, which sounded more fun to me. I guess there was a 3rd reason, cover while very useful some times, and fun some times, can be very annoying at other times. I have read that Sab is a little more mobile then a sharpshooter, is this true? Do they still use cover a lot? If you had to choose between Sab/Scrapper/Sawbones which would you choose?
  4. Sorry to bump an old thread, but is there an on screen indicator that shows if upper hand is available for use?
