Hello, I am a returning player and I have a question on the Consular companions. When I first played the game at launch, I was already known as the designated healer on WoW and decided to opt for healing again. That being said, I became a Jedi Sage. Now back all the way at launch I was a total noob who kept to himself and didn't understand game mechanics as well as I thought I did. I'm a patient guy, but I seriously became more and more increasingly impatient on planets. I don't believe I ever completed the first quest of a bonus series due to the impatience as well as even PvP (I actually did my first Warzone today). That being said, I began to get bored of Qyzen. I was so anxious for a new companion that when the first opportunity came I seized it. It turned out to be a rotten mistake that I felt ruined my experience as a Consular. I was a noob at the time and was a 100% healer with little DPS spec. Those points were only to increase my healing and haste. I was using a healer companion. By the time I realised my dreadful mistake, I had already completed Tatooine and never upgraded Qyzen from Nar Shadaa. My impatience also caused me to a bit under leveled for Alderaan. I seriously messed up when I first played (I was a kid at the time to be fair). Now, I have returned and intentionally plan on making up for this mistake. With that being said, I'd like to also gain full affection with my companions for the Legacy achievements and companion quests. Any tips on increasing their affection when you can't really use them? Also, any tips on healing would be great. I have enjoying PvP so far though I still consider myself a PvE player. Sorry for the noobness in this thread. A lot has changed and it's time I get to being professional.

Hi, it's been months (probably over a year) since I last played the game. I was going to come months ago to try F2P but I heard of the restrictions and decided against it, no one wants to feel like a second-class citizen. Nevertheless, I've returned as a Preferred player and when I was making my new character (a Jedi Consular), I noticed Miraluka was unavailable due to my status. I was disappointed at this but I made a human as compromise. Now, I'm a subscriber and I'm wondering if it's possible to change the race. I already have a Miraluka Consular that I'm planning on deleting (thus the new character being the remade). Personally, it's not that big of a deal but it's preference. I don't mind restarting this character as a Miraluka (I'm only level 11 so it's not that big of a deal) but I brought my friend with me too and I don't want him to wait on my new character nor do I want him to restart with me since we just restarted a day ago. Like I said, it's not that big of a deal but it's preference. I'm an RP'er and this character being a Miraluka was vital for the RP planned, but it's not that big of an issue. Is it possible for the character to have his race changed?

Nonetheless, it would be an interesting discussion. There's threads that were bumped multiple times within the same day. If I bump it twice, at least it was after a few weeks/months. It no one responds within that bump, I'll leave it be.

It's been a few weeks. I really want to hear everyone's opinions of this. I think it would be interesting.

When I got my copy of TOR in December I chose the server "The Courageous." Now, I took a few months break but I came back in May and I've been leveling up like there's no tomorrow. I finally made my Legacy, but I was sick and tired of being on a dead server. I decided to re-roll on Jedi Covenant (#1 PvE server by population) and this is my permanent server now. I've decided when transfers open on (and if it's free to transfer to this server) I want to bring my characters here. Now here's the problem... I've been playing on this server so much, it won't be long until I make my Legacy again. If I was to transfer my characters from my old server, would that bring that Legacy into here? And if it does, what happens to the new/old Legacy? Or is the Legacy 100% bound to the server despite transfers? Thanks!

My original server was "The Courageous." Now believe me, that's a dead server. My friend and I are the only ones who are really active on that. We recently moved to Jedi Covenant and believe me, I haven't seen a population like that since December and January. Anyway, I'm sure Fatman, Harbinger, Covenant, Canderous Ordo, etc. will be paid AND free. I'm sure one of those will be a free one. But I'm surprised, some people have mentioned that some of the servers were dead servers at one point and then it just increased. It makes me wonder, how can a dead server become the Top Ten servers in North America? I really wish those settlers that brought the population up will share their magic on other servers.

Title says it all. I have a 35 Vanguard, he's my favorite character thus far and him and Elara have been together since Taris. (I reached 10,000 with her with very little gifts). Anyway, since I've made my Legacy, my mind has been telling me to restart certain characters and now I have 2 of my original character from January-ish. My third character is my remade Smuggler. Anyway, my mind has been telling me to restart my Vanguard, but if I was to delete him and remake him, would my Legacy suddenly disappear? (He was the one who created it mind you)

I think what he/she meant was that he/she hates the Sith so much that he/she will never join their side in battle. They would much rather fight against them in hatred then join them.
