  1. So you obviously live in a fantasy world where scrubs and free players don't exist
  2. This is something you only see with the pubs, imperials very seldom do it, but I don't agree with it regardless of which faction does it. Basically if a team is really good, they score 5 goals in the first few minutes of the warzone. Then they refuse to score any more points, just so they can farm valor and get more comms. But even when they all have 8 medals and max comms, they continue to wait until the entire timer ends just to piss the opposing team off. Bioware, you NEED to do something about this. It is ridiculous, and it is making me HATE huttball. I was one of the few who loved it before this ungodly practice came into existence. If you don't fix it then huttball is going to become one of those warzones where whenever I end up in it, I just log out and requeue. Not only me, haha I guaruntee you that everyone will start doing that once they've fallen victim to this multiple times in one day. So for the love of han solo's hair style, fix it. Make a rule or something. If a team has a lead of 3, a defeat timer starts. In two minutes, if the losing team hasn't brought up their score enough to be 2 points behind the opponent or less, they lose. This is a SURE fire way to fix this problem. Please implement it, cause for Nihilus's sake I am HATING huttball these days.
  3. I know there are light armor respirators out there, but they look clunky and stupid. There aren't any modifiable light armor respirators that look like the warlord's or marauder's headgear in the game? I'm searching but I honestly can't find anything. If you've found an available one, please let me know that it exists!
  4. say im at civil war and i want to cap an objective, i stealth over to west and there is one lone enemy there. would i have a greater chance of beating more classes as an operative, or an assassin? meaning which of those two advanced classes could handle the larger variety of classes in a 1v1 fight?
  5. ahh thanks for the insight, from what i've dug up and have seen with my own immortal jugg, that seems to be the case. The dark ward assassins get cant hold up against 3-4 enemies, where the juggernaut can use 3 defensive cooldowns to be virtually unkillable for 12 seconds, regardless of those attacking him. It is definitely the better for pvp tanking! And come on, you can smash monkey lol
  6. Title, I want to know who can mitigate the most damage and stay alive longer and more frequently than any other tank. Assassin or jugg? We all know powertechs will never have their survivability lol but which between the two is better?
  7. What I hear all the time, is that a Darkness spec Assassin with DPS gear, end game, is incredible. Great survivability, great utility, moderate damage output. How have the pts changes affected this? Is it better? Worse? Better and worse in certain regards? Please inform me
  8. Now we all come across it some times, people who would rather fight to the death and respawn than fight for objectives, or protect that node from stealth caps. I think that if you made a warzone where the objective was to get more kills than the opponent, it would thrive =) A lot of people in swtor dont pay attention to objectives in pvp, surprisingly. Even though we know you intended for pvp to be objective based, sometimes certain team members only care about topping the dps charts and choose not to defend snow, or grass, or stop someone trying to plant on a door in voidstar. But if you make a deathmatch warzone where the objective is to reach 100-200 kills before the opposing faction, such players will actually thrive at it =) I know it's a huge development to consider, but this is something I think your fans would love. I am a huge fan of bioware, star wars, and the MMO game type, even more so the type of story based MMO you try to create. I am in the middle of the imperial agent storyline right now, I'm loving it =) If you create this type of warzone, the weakness of some players will become their strength. In a warzone where the objective is to kill or be killed, you can expect a lot of fun and enjoyment to come out of it! Please consider this a possibility bioware, I am behind you 100% of the way regardless of what decision you make because this game gives me the same sensational rush that Dragon Age: Origins gave me, only with pvp included =) Please consider what I have said and hopefully you'l get back to this thread soon!
  9. I have a 34 sorcerer, 31 jugg, and 30 operative, i love healing, and am very active in protection with my juggernaut. I am very smart with objectives, and I want a guild who actively does unranked and ranked warzones which is still growing in population. Mainly just looking for groups where you can invite 3 people to your group and queue together, who will co ordinate with you and try hard for the win.
  10. Similar to how the operative gets "skirmish" which increases the power of overload shot by 15%, what does each advanced class for each class get as passives? I can't find a list. I mean like how in contrast to the operative, a sniper gets something that increases the range of certain moves like flash bang and snipe. Can anyone find me a list or tell me what the passives are for each AC please?
  11. I have analysed the issue a bit, this is what i've come up with. Males and females both have the back of their head poking through their hood if: they have body type 2 (second smallest body type) and they are running with their weapon drawn, while sprint is active. When sprint is active, their head dips lower than usual while running. A simple fix would be, to use the running animation present when sprint is not active, when sprinting. That way you have far less debugging to do, and as a problem it is solved quickly and without further issues. This problem has almost been present since launch, and a lot of sith warriors choose not to wear robes because the back of their heads stare at them all the time. This would enable us to wear what we wish and revel in how epic it looks, without the discomfort of seeing that beneath our hood is a bald head, whether we have hair or not I hope devs see this and consider it, it is a simple solution for an on-going problem. So to recap, make it so the running animation between sprinting and not sprinting doesn't change. Use the animation while not sprinting as the base running animation, whether sprinting or not. And you will resolve this issue without ever actually having to fix it, even if it's only a temporary fix until you find the time to do it.
  12. No, he was a free player and it was his first character, that's why I believe there might be a problem. Maybe it's species related or something, he was a human sith sorcerer. I dont know, but far as I can tell with the experience I have, there was no explicable cause for his superiority over my healing
  13. I was playing on novare coast and this level 11 with crappy gear was healing more than me. Not just a little though; a lot. He was healing 1500 on an inquisitor with dark heal each time, without crits, 3k with crits. I was healing 1100 each heal without crits, at level 19, with VERY good modded gear, nihilus mask, phantom robe, etc. I even specced all my points into skills that increased my healing, and didnt reach those numbers. We also had identical class buffs, it was inexplicable. I think bioware should look into this.
  14. disappearing act doesnt take you out of combat in alderaan, enemies just keep following you. It specifically says it takes you out of combat but when i continue getting attacked and followed across the map while stealthed i begin to question the validity of the text. Please fix it so that future smugglers \ jedi consulars dont have this problem as well.
