  1. Don’t know about hacks but this is definitely a d-sync issue when you have one or more ops/scoundrels in the match. They will rubber band all over the place and it looks like a Luke Skywalker force projection on Ritalin. “I’m over here! Nope wait! I’m really over here!” Score!”
  2. I have seen this. People walking, not sprinting. Stealth classes literally never joining the match, just sneaking around like Wile-e-Coyote. Teammates talking like Yoda or Shakespeare for no apparent reason. You know when you’re in it when instead of someone saying “2 inc east”, some dork shouts out “Alright kid! Get over here, we’ve got company!” SMDH.

I haven't played ranked since Season 4 because of most of the reasons stated here, on both parts. But after reading all this ********, I decided to do something about it. In solidarity with whom? No one. Well, perhaps the OP. I'm going to simply turn off chat, ignore my mailbox, and enter ranked in my 208's. I'll let Bioware sort out the rest.
  5. IF there are Engineering snipers around? WHEN are they NOT around? WHOOSH WHOOSH WHOOSH!
  6. I'll usually gut out a Voidstar even if it's just for the xp etc. But if the other team has two or more Engineering snipers spamming that damn aoe, I'm gone because that is just a waste of time.
  7. Yep. I experienced this also. Intercede worked but it force leap. Seems to be a nerf or a bug based upon the circumstances I observed.
  8. Yeah this happened to me tonight as well. I had no debuffs and the opponents no cd's that would explain it. Couldn't leap with my jugg BUT. I could intercede to a teammate. Sorc could pull me through also. Bioware ripped this one out pretty silently.
  9. <Cherry Pops>. If it weren't for them, PVP would be dead on the Bastion. Sure they are "premade". But when you are lucky enough to match up with them, you get a taste of the glory. When you line up against them, they make you better.
  10. Ya know, I've changed my attitudes, flip-flopped, gone schizo over the years to now I'm one of those players that remains silent in a warzones except to make the calls, etc. if you can't say something nice, don't speak. Lately I have been even trying to coach the less experienced. But it's getting old in 65's with all the <65 valor combined with the <1500 expertise. I realize these folks might be alts of more experienced players but not when you see 3+ guarding a pylon, death-matching in their end zone, etc. Is there a server where most of the 65's are seasoned pvp'rs? Might as well use them 90cc transfers. I don't care about "premades" or "toxic chats". I'm just pining for the old days when ranked was 8x8 and endgame was endgame.
  11. Thanks for the replies. It's happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks, same time of day, same server, same guild. I've watched the defusing opponent's activation bar each time, thinking "oh here, I'll interrupt this as I've done many times before" and ZIP! The activation bar fills up in less than a GCD. No rubber banding, no animation glitching. Looks just like an activated ability under an alacrity buff, in these cases a super-fast, robust alacrity buff. But, I will chalk it up to lag. What else are you gonna do, right? I'm not into writing tickets; just want to know if anyone else has experienced this sketchy behavior.
  12. No I didn't FRAP any video evidence. And no I'm not having any problems with lag or frame rate. I've been pvp'ing long enough to spot the unusual. So, let me just ask two questions: Has anyone noticed that some players can defuse the bomb in Voidstar at an incredibly fast rate? Could this be that they are stacking alacrity?
  13. Does anyone remember when operatives had Orbital Strike? I remember this hilarious video, wherein 8 op's teamed up for Huttball. Alice Cooper's "Poison" was playing over the vid. I laughed so hard I cried. Good Luck <TROLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLS>!
  14. @MonochromeChris It's difficult to tell from your post whether that hard mode 55 flashpoint was your first. But I agree with your analogy to a certain extent. If you've been playing this game from release you know that you can start to PVP at level 10. You can also start learning the mechanics of raiding at that same time: Black Talon, Esseles, etc. So I can understand why a PVE'r who has worked through flash points and ops from the moment they first arrive at the fleet, starting with the story modes and working from there, would be mightily ticked off if suddenly after a patch a bazillion level 65's started joining operations for the seemingly first time. And heck, even with Black Talon you immediately find players suggesting to research Dulfy and to "know the fights." Therefore in my opinion it is not unreasonable for level 65 PVP'rs, with valor exceeding level 65 and expertise ( usually without bolster ) at 2018, to feel a little more than just confounded when their party is crashed by some dude with the valor of 13. I don't think anyone here can argue with a straight face that this game centers around PVP. Clearly the caca rolls downhill as far as Bioware is concerned. The idea that this latest policy will somehow grow the player base for PVP and cause Bioware to suddenly devote resources and consideration to those of us who exclusively PVP is just daft.
