No. Not even doing the operations/dungeons due to lack of a LFG system. I'm not in a Guild. Don't even know how i would go about finding a suitable one on my server.

Q: What do you think the most successful aspect is? DK: Right now? So far for me it seems to be Raid Finder. I know there are a lot of players that really wanted to see that content, and they really wanted to ramp up their character and then have a real challenge of fighting a raid boss but the logistics of getting together with a guild where everyone was available at the same time to raid – not everybody can do that. So Raid Finder opens up a whole lot of content for a whole lot of people and we definitely want to do it with this patch because it's our most epic raid fight we've ever done. It doesn't seem that thousands of people are complaining that WOW's Raid Finder is ruining the game at all. This goes against the stated drawbacks and turnoffs of such systems made by those who oppose such a system in SWTOR. More people are going on Raids than ever before since WOW's latest patch. That is, many more people are able to enjoy the content that the developers have put such effort into.

Guys... if you are using a laptop, even a "gaming" laptop don't complain about poor performance. Really, regardless of what the PR on your laptop box says they do not run games just as good as Desktop machines. There are numerous little issues with them and the graphics cards that cause conflicts. If you get a game to work , great! But if you get poor performance don't clog the boards with posts about how awful the game engine is. Or if you do complain, say you are trying to run the game on a laptop so people know how to respond.

For whatever the reason, people are not using it. And if people are not using the LFG tool then it's failed as a tool. You can go around the merry go round on how foolish people are, how lazy and ignorant etc. etc. but none of that is important. What is important, is that they are not using it. Therefore you need to rethink your LFG tool and bring it in-line with what people need and turn it into something that they will use. What I would like to see is the current PVP LFG system REMOVED from the game, and force people to type LFG Warfront, and travel to the Warfront manually to get in. *smirk*

When they have made enough money from people re-rolling characters and restarting from scratch, they will allow us Advance Class respecs.

I still can't understand what size hands the G13 was meant to fit. The keys are large, much larger than standard keyboard keys so that if my hand is on the center keys, none o fmy fingers can reach the corner keys without moving my entire hand. I found that whole thing to be counter intuitive to having keys at my fingertips. The standard keyboard arrangement felt better! lol :-)

It pisses me off as well. EVERY SINGLE screenshot uses high resolution textures that those purchasing the game cannot see. I also find it incredible that the mainstream gaming media hasn't mentioned how utterly bland the character graphics and textures look as a huge drawback. The response was incredible, but the fact that some players believe it shows that someone probably got a pat on the back. There are numerous MMORPGs out there that have high resolution textures without the drawbacks that Bioware mentioned in their post in response to the texture issues.

CHeck this link for SWTOR benchmarks. Also note that the developers are working on optimising the engine and fixing bugs that are affecting performance for many. So performance should improve...we just don't know when. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/star-wars-gaming-tests-review,3087.html

[Quality Graphics] Forcing AA on Nvidia GPUs (sticky plz)
Gelos replied to kravenkoa's topic in General Discussion
The "quality" of the graphics can never be good if there is a bug preventing many people from seeing the High Quality textures as exists now. There are obviously problems with the graphics engine they are trying to fix which is why we don't have AA working, or many of the other options that we're supposed to. -
Klick the link and vote ! Are you going to contiunue your sub
Gelos replied to Fredrik's topic in General Discussion
Interesting split between the votes! I read somewhere that there is usually about a 20% - 30% drop off with first purchases into subscribers after the first month. -
I Want To Like TOR, But It Just Feels Old
Gelos replied to Shadysketchy's topic in General Discussion
yeah umm..the developers have confirmed there is a bug where many people cannot get High resolution textures. So we're playing the game on low or medium textures at best. So yeah...it does look bad in comparison to what high textures should be, and i.e. in comparison to other games. I often wonder what people would say when they suddenly learn this. Switching from Medium Textures to High Textures results in no difference for most. So when people complain about muddy "low quality" graphics...they know what high quality graphics are supposed to look like, what high res textures are supposed to look like. And it is a bug. -
How...how is it the easiest to level? I don't understand...I see almost ZERO offensive skills in the Seer tree. Where is your damage coming from?

Social interaction at its best for those against LFD.
Gelos replied to Barracudastr's topic in General Discussion
Dude, When have you tried this and it worked? You are going to sit and spam the CHat telling everyone not to let a person join their groups because he is a loot stealer? Really? That's your reason for not wanting a LFD? Man...why don't we remove the LFD tool for PVP then? Why aren't you complaining about that? Another reason for not having an LFD that is simply not rational. Your problem is loot stealing or ninja looting whatever you want to call it, not LFD. -
What do you want to see in The NEW online store?
Gelos replied to AMZERO's topic in General Discussion
Something to boost my out of combat run speed 100% from level 1 would be very nice. Consumables that would teleport me to bind points would be great. Social armours and outfits that don't interfere with my actual armor for stats and weapons would be even better. Hey...I'd even pay for brand new Companions too
