Thanks again to everyone that participated. I hope everyone enjoyed it and got a chance to listen to other opinions have their voice heard. We always welcome suggestions to improve these events . We try not to over moderate so people get a chance for some back and forth but it can be tough when there are so many. Lastly thanks to all those on the stream and in teamspeak. Your input, feedback and suggestions were great and show what makes SWTOR such a great community. Hopefully those new to the experience will be able to go to their communities and get input for the next one now that they know to expect. We also hope to continue our separate EU meetings once again if there is enough demand. We are a volunteer non commercial gaming organization we always welcome people willing to dedicate time to help fellow gamers. I am sorry we didn't ignore you on purpose. Your mic was not working or u were muted so we skipped over you in the introductions and I pm'd you to tell you that you can speak in text chat or fix your mic. I never heard back after that. My apologies. You can come early and check your mic to make sure it works properly. I think there were many there that just wanted to listen. Not everyone likes to speak. You are always welcome to pm the mods and have them speak on your behalf of pm them to be called to speak next. We make sure everyone that gets to speak gets a chance and everyone is able to participate in the text chat openly and uncensored.

For those who have questions or have not heard of this before we have been doing this for 13 months with between 30-80 guild leaders and over 500 swtor guilds/fansites participating at one time or another. Its a moderated, friendly and insightful community discussion. The recordings are available here: Due to large demand we had a separate event for the EU community and may again. It should also be noted that we have a very good relationship with Bioware and they love to listen to these meetings and hear your feedback both good and bad. They may either come here live and listen incognito, participate openly or listen to the recording. They do always listen. These meetings were the main reason we were invited to their studio for the fansite summit and they also hired a member of our staff for their team. These events are a chance for SWTOR guild leaders and officers and fansite admins to come together and talk about recent happenings in the community, to meet other guilds, and discuss the future of the game. We are really excited about this upcoming meeting and we look forward to having you join us as we talk about the upcoming large update and the Guild Council in Austin with several guilds that were invited . You will find it here: Fragworld Stream About our SWTOR TownHalls These events are moderated town hall style meetings where guild leaders and officers as well as fansite admins, podcast hosts and other leaders of the community can interact with one another and discuss the issues and happenings around the game and their communities. It is also a useful and constructive way to provide feedback directly to Bioware and its community team as often these leaders represent the opinions of dozens, hundreds and even thousand of players. There is an informal "Happy Hour" 30-60 minutes before and after the meeting where people can socialize and mingle informally. At the end of the meeting we also encourage people to "plug" or "promote" any events, features or news that would benefit the community. Meetings are typically 90 minutes. We do record the audio from the meeting and we encourage the entire community esp non leader/officer community members to participate in the Livestream which is also moderated. Teamspeak also allows for public text chatting (useful for votes) and private messaging. The livestream recording is available immediately and the audio is available for download, streaming and itunes usually 1-3 days after the meeting. Bioware folks often if not always lurk , listen or participate in the event. NDA and embargoed material are not permitted to be discussed. Participation To participate, post in this thread indicating that your guild will be present at the event with your Guild Name and Server. We limit groups to no more than two participants so all groups are represented equally. After posting simply show up on time in our TeamSpeak server. To get added to our mailing list register at our site and go HERE or email support@fragworld.org with the message "swtor subscribe" We do suggest you add your Guild to our searchable Guild Database and Fansites to our Fansite Database. It lets others know about you, lets you use our Guild Progression and other features and aids in recruiting.
