Hello everyone! I have a bunch of alts on Satele Shan, but am returning to the game to make a fresh start on Star Forge! I am going to start with a SITH MARAUDER, hopefully later tonight (depending on patch updates and such). Anyone got any guilds they can recommend on this server for the Empire? Or looking to level an alt or hang out as I begin my new adventure? I have played each story, with most making it to at least KOTFE, and one one each side making it to the latest content. (I still have to complete Onslaught because I just finally renewed by subscription!) However, I want to go back in time to a calmer time, when the story was new, and begin my adventures again. Looking forward to seeing you all!

What faction?

I think in the disclaimer it said you had to activate a paid subscription, which would exclude game time cards that are usually used with giveaways.

If it's diplomacy, you gain dark and light points if you do a mission opposite your DvL toggle. EX: If you do a Dark Side Diplomacy, but are toggled light side, you'll go up on both relative to the gaining. If you do dark side with dark side toggle, it's just a bigger dark side boost. Same effect if you reverse the situation and do light side mission with dark side toggle, and so forth.

Like was said. This only applied to guilds with shared names, to make them distinct. EX: If The Jedi Order existed on 2 of the 3 servers, they added @ server name at the end to make them distinct. I've noticed you CAN'T rename the guild to the base name (i assume to keep it fair for the other guilds), so ya gotta find an alternative name or stick with it.

That's interesting. I used one last night, then logged out, and it let me create. As long as you aren't at the limit, it should let you. I'd submit a bug ticket and let them know when you used the token and all that.

A QUEUE isn't always for server population. It's to prevent hundreds of characters from spawning at once, and spawning only a handful at a time. If there are thousands of people connecting at once, think of it like a gate, a door, or a toll booth, to help minimize a huge influx. It helps the servers remain stable with a huge influx of new logins.

To clarify. Did you select CREATE CHARACTER / NEW CHARACTER? The boosts are chosen on new characters, not existing.

Sounds like SWTOR. It's lost the wonder. Only part that stands out now is the story. That being said, I had some instant characters, but felt like starting fresh level 1. (Did rollover my gold, but thats it). So far, leveling seems more balanced than SWTOR, and I don't out-level a zone too quickly. Running dungeons causes some quests to out-level, but otherwise, it's not bad. I will agree, however, that it is lonely in the low-level areas. I passed maybe one person in Stormwind the other day when I went to the auction house there before going back to Darkshore. Otherwise, the only other people I see are in the dungeons. It's a sad, sad day. I remember when they were so crowded.

Not saying it won't be easy. Just trying to find the lazy way out of it. Thanks though.
