  1. The only reason SW:tor faltered is because Bioware did a piss poor job of managing it in the beginning. They are getting it together now and the result are showing in a strong performance. New content, healthy player pops etc. Didn't have anything to do with the KOTOR players or the original KOTOR games. I played them and think SW:tor is great.
  2. I like the idea of OL giving a TAC and also just making back stab a 360 attack. I know its a back stab, but seriously, it doesn't work half the time when your behind them, and I know in my rotation its needed at the time i click it. Not half a rotation later when the game realize that yes, I was standing behind the boss the whole time! Also, being able to distinguish your DoTs and HoTs I think is a needed feature for any class.
  3. Hey Everyone, The Four One Nine is actively seeking new members to join us for Raiding and other PVE content. We Raid Thursday through to Monday, depending on players available and content already cleared. We are very casual in our approach to raiding and try to be flexible. We have Progressional teams that clear new and harder content, but regularly field other runs for the more casual players that can't always guarantee availability. We are an Oceanic Guild set in the +10 AEST timezone and play on the Imperial Side. If you interest, please post a reply here, email Spinikar in game or check out our Website: http://fouronenine.enjin.com/
  4. Great Post once again Chippy! Its a clear show how badly this game was designed, implemented and managed. Bioware may pull it out of the fire, anything is possible, but SWTOR is no longer up there as far as MMO's go. Its now just a little guy sitting on the side lines, fighting everyday to stay alive. I recently moved across to Planetside 2. Its a great game, still a little buggy, but hey, least they have oceanic servers Playing SWTOR has almost dropped my games list. Starting to consider if the subs is worth it. Rather be playing other MMO's at the moment.
  5. Your QA has been really great of late. Keep it up!
  6. To all the haters out there about AC changes, I have a question: How the heck does allowing Advance class changes affect your game play, the game, or anything else? I am asking this in all seriousness. Sure I can re-roll another agent AC Sniper, because I am not a fan of the Operative DPS style. Power level through the grinds to 55 and look, I have a sniper! or I can pay BW some money to put forward to game development and hey Look! I have a sniper. Either way....I have a Sniper Seriously, How players get their AC, does it really matter?????????!!!!!!!! No, not really.
  7. Their on a knifes edge from 2.1 Hope 2.2 brings something good! I'm holding out hope. The cash Cow of the CC market should be allowing them to actually develop new content, and yes, Denova leveled up to 55 is not new content. I will live my life quite happy if I never see Denova again........although, I do want that tank mount.
  8. Thanks Eric! Now would also be a great time to layout whats going to happen with things like Guild Banks and even guilds themselves during transfers? And I know the community has a ton of other questions.
  9. No but that is now a year ago. We have had so many updates and changes since the and any one of them could cause thier origional transfer system to not work. Im not trying to defend BW. Thier treatment of the APAC has been appalling. Just suggesting we show a little more patience.
  10. Haha Yeah, We can actually thank Bioware for some good times. Was talking with my Raid officer last night about some of our memorable times raiding. First ever EV run as a guild, lost both healers to the turrets at the start in about 5 seconds....It was an epic first fail! Yeah, let tanks lead Good Times, and there are so many more.
  11. Who's the Four Severn Nine? Just thought I'd ask as they have a very similar name to us
  12. As a long term advocate of this thread, I must say, Settle down guys. Eric has stated that APAC is moving to the US West Coast server. This means, we are moving to the US west coast servers. Screaming, yelling, BIG LETTERS are not going to change this fact. This move is also a large endeavor for Bioware to undertake, which means, they need time to sort everything out. This may be a few weeks more, maybe a few months. Either way, it'll be done when its done. Granted, their silence on the matter is annoying, and an update would be nice. I would rather Bioware take a few months now to get organize and make sure transfers are smooth and efficient, not rushed. I would rather all my characters show up, with their hard earned gear, and not get lost in the cyber space. In the meantime, calm down. Eric isn't going to reply to this thread while the responses to it are childish at best. You say you don't get PM's back from the community? I have, but they were well constructed, thoughtful questions in regards to the server migration. They will post when server migrations are planned. Patience.
  13. I don't see the problem. I don't read general chat much. It kinda just cycles text of lots of not important information that pretty easy to ignore if you shrink it down. Guild chat appears green so its easy to notice that in a swirl of white. General chat should stay just that, General Chat....For everyone.
  14. Purple-Blue for my inquisitor. Goes nicely with my black purple Saber crystal.
  15. Yes. Its a nice change by the Community to make post like that, and even add the threads to the community round up. I hope this trend continues moving forward. I very much dislike gaming companies that release content and basically shrug there shoulders when there is a community backlash, after all, we are the ones that play the game, and pay BW's many bills and employees. BW isn't always going to get it right first go, and there is always reason why decisions get made the way they do. I hated 2.1 when it first came out, but after reading Eric post, I changed my mind. Still think charging CC coins for basic hair styles is a bit of a rip of for Subs, but, now thanks to Eric, I understand their decision making progress and have come to accept it. Keep it up Community Team.
