I have read through the darkness tanking manual but I was wondering is there a rotation list based on character level. I know there is such a thing in the Jugg forum. I was hoping we could have that here. It would help someone starting out.

I can only get my companion to spawn if I send him to sell my grey items? I press "N" and bring up the crew skills menu and I do not have a "spawn" button. What is going on?
