  1. As a Sorcerer (Lightning) Main I will just say this. I love my damage, but the moment an Assassin, Operative, or Warrior gets to me my face gets beaten in. We are what we are suppose to be. Masters of the destructive side of the force. We are not tanks, we are not even very enduring. When we get pounded on the most we can hope for is that the enemy does not know how to interrupt or that our bubble lasts long enough for a friend or two to help.
  2. Want to start a new Sith Warrior, but I want him to focus more on force based attacks rather then just swinging lightsabers. I have played a Sorcerer to 55, but the lack of mobility and survivability is making me hate pvp. I know the Warrior is much more in your face then spellcaster, but I have always enjoyed Dark Knight style characters in games. So my question is what is the most force heavy yet viable in PvP. Jugg or Mara? and which spec should I focus on?
  3. I tend to switch between Lightning and Madness focusing on PvP. I have dabbled in Operations, but I enjoy the unpredictability of PvP more. I do play a healing role even though I will throw a heal in between battles and use unnatural preservation. I will be speaking on PvP DPS matters. 1. How do you think your Sorcerer spec is perceived by other classes? Easy target, we are without competition the easiest class to kill. We have one defensive move that actually allows us to continue attack or at least attempt to escape. Even the bubble stun is only useful against a small number of attackers (aka melee only). Lightning has more power then Madness, but that is only because it is not as easy to mitigate. 2. How do you perceive your own spec? Weak, neither deals enough damage to make up for the lack of defenses. The only way you stand a chance in PvP is to find a buddy and not get focused on. Sorcerers need either more power to put the cannon into its glass cannon status or more survivability so that a sorcerer can stand on their own against an equally geared and skilled player.
  4. I would love Team Deathmatch mode myself. Seeing as how some people play (Including myself when bored), it would make things more fun.
  5. I use type 2 trying to fit in with how I look IRL. It works good on my Sorcerer, but having gave the Bounty Hunter a go I will say it looks a bit off on the heavy armor classes.
  6. I don't see insults often in WZs, Most of it is accusing the other team of bug abuse or hacking.
  7. 1 good crit will kill that bubble its cooldown also leaves much to be desired even if you want to play support/healer which is the classes only strong point right now.
  8. Lightning Sorcerer and its Rep mirror. Poor damage, weak defence, only saving grace is that they can pull an ally to themselves and make thier bubble stun enemies on breaking. Problem with that is it only works melee range so your SOL when facing a Sniper or Commando.
  9. Honestly the way I would fix it is so that when it reaches 100% it will automaticly break any stun, hold, blind, and slow on your character and make you immune to them for the next 10 seconds. Makes them usefull and stops chain stuns.
  10. -Which breaks in two hits if your lucky -Which is worse then a medpack unless you are corruption speced -Mobility is an outright lie.
  11. The PvP set is tied to each pieces Armoring. You can take it out and put in another piece of gear and it will still count.
  12. I like Warzones more anyway. PvP is more fun in my opinion when you have an objective... althou I would like a "Team Deathmatch" Warzone sometime this year.
  13. Its hit and miss depending on the classes to me, SI looks silly, but BH looks alot better then the first one.
  14. Because you are level 19 your skills might be buffed, but you lack many of the skills and tallents that give your class an edge. Level up a bit, get your more powerfull skills and tallents then try again.
  15. I agree, it should work the same way as killing. A reward for healing 10 people, A reward for healing 25, 75k healing in a match. We already have a 2.5k Heal. Why shouldn't we even the scales for people who want to play healer.
