I've hit character level 30 (now 31) on one of my healers and had reached the valor cap (to level 30, now also 31) two days ago and still have not been awarded the Gladiator Valor Rank (title). I've logged out many times, played much more huttball and finally last night decided to put in a ticket in-game. Two hours later the response just seemed so odd, only briefly mentioning what my problem was regarding but then automated to the point of telling me they wouldn't discuss datacrons... basically no help at all. Has anyone had the problem of not receiving a ranking title - did I do something wrong/missing something?

This still happening to anyone other than me? It happens every time we go from defender phase 1 to attacker phase 2. I've tried the jump from high spot to a roll but it isn't working either, tried reloading ui also. Any other suggestions?
