Not sure if this is the exact same issue or not, but my very first run on the +10 datacron in Dec 2011 several of us couldn't loot the blue crystal but were able to open the final door and get the datacron. If that's still the case (and I'd verify that yourselves before listening to some web guide says both red+blue crystals are required; the red is definitely still NOT required for anything but the force field), the bug is probably about the lowest priority possible to the dev team.

Anything that is Bind to Legacy and Adaptive.
