I am trying to buy lvl 40 stims but I am receiving error message: "You do not meet the requirements..." I am lvl 44. Is this a bug?

I think I found the problem. The problem is my Virus Scanner F-Secure. I turned off my virus scanner and the game launch. After the game is launched, I turn on my virus scanner. I will use this workaround for now. I will investigate what the problem is with my virus scanner.

When I click on play nothing happens. I reinstalled the game. That did not helped. I tried to run the game in None streaming mode. No luck. I have windows 10 and before the patch I had no issues. Is something corrupted during the download? This is getting annoying.

I am looking for a social mature IMP guild. I am a casual player. I was guild member but the guild is not active any more. It is not possible to play every day OPS, flashpoint ect, because I have 40 hour job. I play the game 4,5 years.
