i always blow off hacker complaints as just bad, but idk, only recently decided to give this game another go, unless Pts have gotten a perma 400% speed boost and can crit 30k+ every 4-6 secs as tank spec, there are deffinately some in the game.

I used to main operative until they removed the knockdown. IDC how low the dps was or how much the spec was hurting. The knockdown WAS the spec, and they removed it, havnt played it since.

I personally like lightning alot more, it has windows of huge burst with procs/cds. But I play a lot of madness, and madness has quite a bit of sustained damage with a few windows of burst. If you like damage done at the end of the match, madness will usually get you really high because you can tab target dot everyone, It comes down to play style i think, but both are fun for pvp and can do well, especially since you can get the root on overload in any spec

For me back in the day, it was the frailty and inconsistency of the resolve system (still doesn't function correctly at times) but I suppose ill try out this xpac

Why is there no grace period for disconnecting in warzones still? It's kinda really important and I can't name a single popular or new mmo to come out without one. for people who have to deal with comcast, carrying a team and getting disconnected in the last 30 secs of a match and getting no credit is infuriating.

well im not 55 on merc yet, lvling a 2nd sorc , sorc and merc are both 45 now, im finding my sorc more enjoyable, more burst, better aoe, (lightning spec is ridiculously fun because of instant chain lightning procs) in the end its the play style you choose, sorcs are squishier, but have a decent amount of escape tools and such (aoe kb that roots, stun bubbles, force speed, force barrier) i just decided last night to stop lvling the merc and focus on the sorc, i enjoy sorc healing too from time to time, not so much merc healin, i would suggest to level both eventually, and see how they pan out end game, im pretty sure they parse close to the same sustained damage end game their cc is basically the same, also personal choice is i like sabers over guns, but umm yeah, you pretty much can never run out of resource dpsing with sorc too, thats a plus
