First Off not sure this is the correct place to post this, so sorry if it isn't. I have been having some serious problems with this quest line. as I have had to repeat the thing several times. First time I was almost finished collecting the parts, I was completing the second heroic required when I got to the end I experienced some kind of bug, and lost the quest line. When I raised a ticket about this I was told that I must have abandoned the quest, and that I had to start again. thinking that there was nothing else I could do I started again and sunk even more not inconsiderable time into the quest (it is (or at least was) a very long and involved quest unless luck was on your side) again I got the point when I was almost at completion (I think I had one part to get) when Knights of the Fallen Empire released, this removed all my collected items from my inventory. Again I raised a ticket for this time was told again 'oh well start again' however this time when I attempted to I could no longer speak to the mission givers or access the Theoreticka to start off the chain, leaving me stuck and unable to progress the chain. This caused me such frustration that I ceased playing for a while and have no come back (thinking it might have been fixed) however I found it was in exactly the same state I left it in, despite the ticket. So I raised a final ticket and this time was told to post on the forums as that may be able to help as the customer service staff where unable to. Long story short, please help with my HK woes
