Im looking for a guide that will tell/show me what are the best armoring/mods/enhanc., etc. for my carnage PVP marauder. How many of this, how many of that.

I would like to start buying other War hero items and pulling out the Best in Slot mods and enhancements, I know which mods and enhancements I want and need, and where to get them. but what i don't know is how many of each I need. That is to say, what are my caps? For my Carnage Marauder: What should my Crit rating be?.....What should my Surge rating be?.....and How much accuracy should i have?.... before i start loading up with power?
