from what I recall they said they have been working on a hood on / off function, It was in the beta but got removed due to some issues. Probably won't be in 1.2 but lets hope for a future release!

just give her presents, she's pretty tough to please till about 2k affection when you start your romance, then just give her courting and republic memorabilia and she'll love you forever. to get to 2k affection, give her lots of republic memorabilia, weapons, military gear and cultural artifacts. she only likes them so the rep gain will be slow.

QFT. I welcome the change, it's going to make leveling on the starter planets and on the second planet SO much easier. It's one of the reasons I give up on playing alts because the normal run speed is so much slower after you've got sprint!

You mean you'd rather have the spinning kick animation than spike? ....why? I mean, spinning kick looks exactly the same as tumult so that's just lazy animating as they decided to use the same animation for the shadow as they couldnt think of anything else. Plus, lifting someone in the air with the force and proceeding to impale them with your lightsaber is so much cooler! :/

translation: waah i wanna be op and I'm lazy. Sorcs are getting changed in 1.2, whining about it because you want the changes now is just ridiculous. So suck it up for a bit longer and see how it goes in 1.2, then make a detailed constructive post about it (if it needs one) and see how the forums react.

Unfortunately this issue has been happening for a long time to a lot of people, since release. Not just for assassins either it's every stealth class with a vanish to put them out of combat, I've talked to a lot of shadows / operatives / scoundrels with exactly the same problem sometimes it works perfectly, other times its absolutely bugged to hell, I think it's if a companion is using a channeled ability when you vanish or something, though unsure.

I find the supreme inquisitor the best looking set for my assassin look, though I'd like to have some more options available in terms of robes. I also really liked the Revan-esque looking ones, but they were always in strange color schemes. If they released Revan's outfit I'd be set from there.

I think this is a damn good reason why there should be a server transfer option available.

it's a double edged sword for the Sith in general, it provides more emotions and empowers you to fight with more intensity for their protection or whatever. However, it also provides an enemy a way of getting to you and exploiting you. Motto: Find a lover, then kill them to stop the exploitation, then fight for them and blame your enemies for having to kill your lover because they would do dirty underhand tactics like that to win.

just because he pops into force lightning doesn't necessarily mean he's dead, go on the mmo story way of thinking: If there's not a body to loot, they didn't die.

QFT. Unfortunately you just have to ignore the imbeciles and friend the ones that are nice You shouldn't have to, but alas, such is the way of MMO's these days. Especially when pvp is concerned. I've had cases of people relogging to an alt on the opposite faction to verbally insult someone, it's ridiculous.

I played a Sith Assassin before rerolling to a Jedi Shadow to play with friends. I loved the JC storyline so much more than the SI it's not even funny. I won't spoil anything, but the SI one just didn't have me hooked on anything, it felt like you were researching more than actually fighting anything. The JC story is a lot more exciting and interesting. I even liked Chapter 1 and most people thought that was the worst part!
